Ko Sing in Wrexham

Recieved the meal today leaking everywhere dumped on door step an hour early, I noticed part of the meal was missing so I called the restaurant who said and I quote "what do you want me to do" well I would like the food I ordered to which I got a response "well that will take another 40 minutes plus delivery" lost a a good few customers from us terrible service

Food is great!! Been eating here for years - But don't get it delivered. Food either takes absolutely forever to arrive (like 2 hours)(I live about a mile away) or they call you up as soon as you've submitted the order, saying that they are too busy to fufill the order - They must only have one delivery driver?

Place clearly can’t read the time. Ordered previously and it came an hour and a half late , we didn’t order from there for a while but thought we would treat ourselves, the food has now arrived an hour and a half early so will have to be reheated! The food was also dumped on the door and the driver left before I could even say a word. Very bad service. EDIT Found two pieces of metal in the duck! Avoid this place!

Used to be brilliant but unfortunately the quality of their meals has dropped considerably even though prices have gone up

was terrible barbecue spare ribs vile special fried fried rice tasteless... and they took the transaction twice out of my bank.. dissapointed had to phone 3x to get it sorted xx

Ordered special chow me in was vile can't eat it and salt and pepper ribs that tatsed very sour so eat one hope I'm now poorly tmoz shocking place

Absolutely awful phone at 5pm for delivery came 7pm it was stone cold, greasy and Absolutely vile, never ever again.

Haven't been here since I was in my late teens (now 48 almost 49 😂) i was extremely pleased with the service and the food ordered, I split it in half seeing as it was rather late at night and had the other half in work the following day, 2 for the price of one is a bonus lol sooa very happy chappy 👍

Never ever order from here. Just waited over 1.5. Hours. Text sent to say order cancelled because they couldn’t find house! No phone call to ask for directions or nothing. I wouldn’t mind but they have delivered to us numerous times and the house name is clearly stated on the gate! They have just lost a loyal customer. Shocking customer service! Surprise surprise rise.... 5 mins later they stop taking online orders! If your too busy as least have the decency to let us know! You will have no custom at this rate!
