Krazy About Pizza in Wrexham

Absolutely disgusting service from here put my order in early then to be told drivers don't start till five then go to the wrong address then nearly two hours wait won't ever be going here and all they could offer was one pound 63 pence off my food that was cold so I sent it back absolutely poor service

Shocking ordered, chicken kebabs to receive, chicken minus chicken on a naan bread, this is not a kebab. Paid for 3 large kebabs to get empty wraps that's not what we paid for .... want my money back

Absolutely shocking service. Saw that there was an hour wait for food at 6.30pm via Just Eat on a Saturday so popped an order in immediately. By 7pm it's cancelled as they are 'busy'. Absolute B0110X they are they busy, the truth is that they are listed on Just Eat and they can't be arsed to drive the 6 miles to deliver the order. As I'm currently reviewing the Just Eat app for those on the road this one goes onto the list of 'dont bother with'. Full review of the Just Eat app and those that actually deliver to people without a house will be available in March 2020

Dont waste you're hard earned cash on pizza from here. Tastless greasy poor a or no toppings as server didnt add them on when i ordered due to being a new starter. Wasn't ready when stated as tjought order was a prank call due to no number showing up so even longer wait. Got a bottle of pepsi as a good will gester. Phoned and complained but not really arsed about, would never use again really disappointed .

HIGHLY advised to never order a delivery from here. Last time i ordered it took an hour and a half to deliver a pizza and they missed an item. Thought i would give them another chance but this time round it took over 2 hours and yet again another item missing. Wrexham kebabs and other places are faster at delivering and don't steal your money, would advise everyone to go to other kebab shops instead.

Lucky To Get 1 Star, Don't Waste Your Money...Waited 1 hour 30 mins plus for our delivery when it finally arrived it was cold, the pizzas tasted of dry, cold flour no taste at all. Wasted £28 will never order from there again.

Terrible service arrogant staff. Order was completely wrong. Do not use this place you will be sorry if you do as you will not get what you ordered then asked what is the problem when called to complain. The people that own this shop need to go get some customer service experience because they have 0%. New menus and staff might help

Ordered my meal at 08.30 waited for the order till 10.00 still no sign rang them up the guy tried telling me I never gave them the address next thing I know their delivery guy is knocking on my door when I told the guy on the phone he hung up on me delivery guy gave me a different excuse about busy traffic. Cold food and staff that b**l s**t you don't order from here.

This arrived after a near 90 minute wait. Then it turned out to be they've sent the wrong order. When I called I was told they dont do the pizza any more so they just decided on another on our behalf. The employee was rude abrasive and extremely dismissive. I loved this place first few times I'd used them but after this I'll just look elsewhere.

waited over an hour. cold pizza and garlic bread with tubs of ice cream for £5 that i didnt order.and wanted to charge me £2 for delivery! it takes me less than 10 minutes to get from shop to house. sent it back. wasted my time and wont order food from there again..... dont put up with bad service!
