"Marks ans sparks" apparently. Well the only thing thats sparking round here if the homless lighting a joint up in the doorway.

I don't normally shop at M & S but was passing so popped in. I was very pleased with their salad bits and bobs but was very disappointed with the Mandarin Dessert, they might as well just sell a helping of jelly.

Friendly staff and a clean & well laid out store. The selections of mens clothes are now less than in the past. Normally the quality standards I expect from M & S have gone down. I purchased 5 cotton joggers in January 2021 but disappointed with the quality as after couple of sport wear washing cycle wash the finish of the material looks awful with rough finish. Looks more like knotted wool material. Also bought some expensive formal shirts but there are no chest pockets. So I was disappointed with these purchase. Hence 3 stars only.

Food Hall.Customer Service is very poor. No self select tills, very slow service at the tills as the staff are busy chatting , which I appreciate for the older folk but when you are on a lunch break the delay isn’t good. Never enough people on till too much priority on putting out delivery and putting up promotions. Regularly find a bell for service on women’s till point.

Just want to pass on a huge Thank you to the lovely staff!! Xx Visited today & it was the most stress free & friendly shop in weeks. There were limited people allowed in store at a time & everyone queued politely. The lovely ladies on the door, pushed over a trolly they'd just wiped down. The shop was very sensibly managed & the staff were so lovely & kind despite the current challenges! Thank you! Xxx

The store was well set out and has obviously been rearranged for COVID19 there was plenty of space to shop clear direction friendly staff at the store entrance telling you where to go and indicated the gel sanitizer. Only shopped clothes but really pleased. Staff friendly

A decent place with high quality items generally aimed at middle age & older persons. There is a nice cafe upstairs & the food court always has nice cakes that are freshly baked each day.

Excellent cafe and awesome staff! Stopped in for a quick bite to eat before going to the cinema. Great value for money and the staff were excellent. Really getting into the Christmas spirit! Cheers ladies, you made our day with your X Factor auditions!

Limited clothes and home departments, very good food hall well stocked and good range of foods. The lift from the car park lacks instructions, went past where I wanted to go.Expensive car parking, difficult to get a ticket to enter (tight bend to ticket machine, had to get out of car to reach machine). Tempremental pay machine, had to call for assistance. Won't be going back because of the parking.

Well i love Marks food but just lately my husband was taken ill and our income has halved so i cannot go as often but i tend to go at 5pm for bargin these days! But i get the feeling the staff look down on people who have less. But they are all very polite its a great bunch of people.
