Marmaris Kebab & Pizza House in Wrexham

Food was cold. The donor was poor quality, tasted and looked like it was old and fried in oil that should've been changed. Very very dark colour and full of oil

Let me make an order & pay, then sent a text saying unfortunately we are unable to accept your order, your money will be refunded in 3 to 5 days !So no food or money for 3 to 5 days.This is the second time this has happened & won't be using again

Meals not as advertised, expensive compared to other local takeaways and the food is a bit bland. Won't bother in future

Food average at best but order was well over an hour late, should've been 35-55 mins was more like 2.5 hour. Also 3 missing items. Marmaris said they put extra stuff in to compensate being late but this was a lie. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Quite annoyed at the fact I even have to leave a bad review having been a loyal, returning customer since the day opened many years ago! This evening, from various members of staff I have been spoken to arrogantly and very rudely! Not only was my 1st order completely wrong & cold as well as late, it was missing food and contained food I specifically did not order. Being a mother of small children, I didn’t have time to immediately contact the fast food shop, I had to tend to my children’s bed time routine. I then proceeded to make contact, the reply I received was very aggressive and blunt. I was then promised a replacement meal, which I waited for over an hour again, so I’ve just called the restaurant for a 3rd time to follow up with my order, It was questioned whether or not I still have the old kebabs here which I do, I was never asked initially to keep them back but I have. When I made him aware of this, he out the phone down on me. I’ve spent over £30 this evening and not at all satisfied with the wrong food I was given, the wait time for delivery and the customer service is -10. Swerve this take away as best you can, it’s absolutely awful and they’re the reason kebab shops have a bad name. Won’t ever be ordering with these again. And I’ll be following up with JustEat to get a refund and escalate this further as I know the restaurant like to use justeat as a scapegoat.

I collect my food from these great people and they are always nice and friendly. The food is amazing and cooked fresh so always hot 😊

Absolutely disgusted, never ordered from here before, thought I'd give it a go for a change, I ordered cheeseburger and fries, the fries were ok, lukewarm but ok, and everything seemed fine until I was halfway through my burger, I noticed something cooked into the burger, I picked it out with my fork and to my shock, it was a clump of hair!! I thought it was a grill mark. Absolutely disgusting, I felt sick knowing I could have eaten the hair clumpDon't recommend, avoid at all costs

It was a Sunday evening and we were planning on calling at the Rainbow house for a Chinese takeaway, however it was 16:36 and they didn't open until 17:00 and we were under a time constraint due to my partner's prior Sunday evening bingo commitments. We decided to give this place a try as it's virtually next door. Upon entering, the place is clean and tidy enough. Our order was taken fairly quickly, but we did experience a medium length wait as there seemed to be more priority given to telephone and internet orders for delivery, a slight lack of an organised system was fairly apparent. Anyway in the fullness of time we received our order and left for home fast. The prices seem slightly on the high side but I think that about most things. We had ordered Donner meat and chips and chicken kebab meat and chips, upon arriving home there were no chips with the chicken kebab meat although they were definitely ordered. I don't think we'd been charged for them, so the error probably occurred at the order placing stage of the transaction. Anyway all that aside the food we received was excellent and I'd go there again, providing I wasn't in a hurry, though I would certainly check my order before leaving next time.

Ordered delivery from Marmaris via Hungry House, was given 40 minute wait time. After 1 hour with no delivery called Marmaris several times, not once did anyone pick up the phone. After 1 hour 20 minutes was busy looking into complaints/refunds procedure online when the delivery finally showed up, with no apology for the wait. Doner kebab was decent quality, pizza and fries were average. Considering the terrible service, only a really impressive meal would have convinced me to order from Marmaris again. Will be avoiding in future.
