McDonald's in Wrexham

Messed up the order completely, no communication or sense from the colleagues, ordered a top up order for table service, waited 25 mins but lost it in the system apparently. Never again.... sorry to be negative but headless chickens with no leadership 😕

This place was pretty good for a while, but now, they don't seem to have any concept of customer service or management skills. Went in at around 0530 for some breakfast. Half the order was marked unavailable, and was offered substitution, I had declined the sub and instead requested a refund. I was given 3 quid for an 11 quid order. Attempted to bring this up to the manager on duty who proceeded to have 3 other workers attempt to operate the till to provide a refund.The location is clean and well kept, but the operation otherwise is awful. For being the only McDonalds in the town... you'd think they could do better.

I visited yesterday Sunday 8th May and went upstairs to eat. Most available tables were dirty with rubbish left on them and stairway and floors were pretty grim too. A family came up and had nowhere to sit. A 3 year old came in and said the tables were dirty ! I complained and asked if they could clean the table for the family. The staff member who cleaned it sprayed the table whilst the children were sitting there !!! Not good, glad I didn't take my grandchildren there.

This McDonald's is okay, if you don't mind scumbag women with there boytoys begging like little pups in a badly tuned astra being outside most days.Absolutely horrible food, and rude staff.

Great service. Liked the fact they done my order within 10 minutes which is great considering there was loads of customers waiting. The only bad thing is not much space to park. Like 4 spaces that is not enough for the amount of people who go in

Won't be visiting again,first off there is a limited amount of parking hence the fact there isn't even a small parking lot for customers instead,we can only park on the crowded street otherwise we are forced to park somewhere else and walk.I have lost count of the amount of times my order has been lost or some idiot hasn't done their job correctly! the tables are also not cleaned well at all and are almost always disgusting and don't even get me started on the tablets.

The staff are fine and place seems clean however I cannot take my children there are there is nowhere to sit with a pram. They have 2 full floors of seating upstairs yet it is inaccessible for those who can't use the stairs. I know many people in the same position as myself.

Unfortunately more interested in serving the delivery drivers than the customers now. Average wait is about 30 minutes and food arrives cold as they can't keep up with orders at all.

A little tired and need of a bit of renovation. Building is very confined, even more so since covid restrictions. Given the number of empty buildings within the town centre there must be more suitable larger premises that would be far better suited.Plus side of attending restaurant is that the food is relatively hot and any incorrect orders can be rectified, something which is impossible with the McDelivery or third party delivery companies.

Managed to get car park space right outside which is very lucky. Ordered 4 people meals and drinks so had to make 2 journeys with food and drinks. Staff very busy but had no problems very well oiled machine
