Minions Pizza in Wrexham

For the second time in a row my order was ‘ready’ to collect yet some of the order was missing. Half hearted apology and directed to wait out in the wet and cold whilst they rectified their mistake.For an overpriced business you would expect good service. Not a chance. Dreadful and will never re visit.

Always great. Only time it was ever cold was when the couldn’t find the house.

HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE ORDERED FROM HERE THEY TAKEN THE MONEY NO EMAIL NO SMS THEN I CALL UP AND TELL ME THEY MONEY BE BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT TOMZ!! A JOKE

Nice and quiet late on a Friday evening. I popped in to ask for a pizza. Politely served, 10 mins later I was on my way home with a tasty treat.

I order today one hour ago 2 medium pizzas and one size for first time and I don't had a good meal experience the pizzas not crusty and it only tasted like tomato, the some exactly ones you can by in supermarket cheaper pizza. Very desapointed I aspect much more in a pizza shop.

Food was ordered on line and ready on time. Love the tracking info for Dominos, one of the best in my opinion.

Who does not love a company that makes delicious pizza's and other food to order and will happily bring said tasty goodness right to your door?AND if that was not enough, they always have deals on that if you use your head saves you money, allowing you to get something extra like a tub of ice cream, or cookies.My Fave Pizza place in the area.A+ Will use again (Hell I order weekly from them)

Mostly get the 2 for tuesday as its cherper. Despite this there are deals that can be had in the week. Love the garlic and herb dip that cones with the pizza.

We were waiting over an hour and a half for the pizza (a very small and simple order!), with the meal never leaving the ‘prep’ phase on the online tracker. No one called to say that they were extremely busy or that they weren’t able to process my order or anything.I called up and asked for a refund, and the lady on the phone said my refund would be processed instantly - it is now a week and I have got no refund yet.Dominos customer service is extremely poor, there’s no way to raise an enquiry, you can just ‘give your feedback’. They ask you to message your local branch before messaging general customer service, however I received no email in nearly a week. Very poor service

After waiting nearly 2 hrs for our delivery it finally came and was stone cold. Not impressed one bit. I think it must of just been sitting on the side for about half an hour waiting for the delivery man. I would of put it in the oven to warm up but after waiting such a ridiculous length of time for it we were too hungry to wait. Will be a while before I order from here again.
