Omg, what a mistake we made eating here. Me,my wife and granddaughter went for breakfast (4-5-22) and it was by far the worst experience we've had whilst dining. I had quite a long wait to order food despite the cafe being relatively quiet, coffee machines only serving black coffee, no other options available. When the food turned up it was awful, sausage was over cooked, bacon was fatty and lukewarm, tomato looked like yesterday's leftover and egg was slightly under cooked. I wanted to complain but my wife asked me not to. We will never eat there again.

Visited on a mid week afternoon for their fish and chips.Thankfully there were plenty of empty tables, although it took a while to find one that was at least moderately clean. Ordered my meal at the machine, which I note that now does NOT allow you to order and take a number, before you find a table - you now have to search for a table first, then order and go back again when you've forgotten the number, and then make offerings to higher beings that no one in the mean time lays claim to the table that you have just ordered a meal to!Then things went further downhill when I found that the hot water machine was broken, with no suggestions as to where you get the hot water for your tea pot - I ended up using the coffee machine and repeatedly pressing the hot water option until the pot was full. I then found there was no milk so had to ask, and the polite staff member found a 6 pint container of milk and put that out - so a communal source when Wales was still under various covid regs?! I then went for the sugar....yep, you guessed it, a massive communal pot of it! It was heavily contaminated with the various drinks and goodness knows what else, so swerved it and luckily found some brown sugar sachets. What saved the visit and allows for upping to 3 stars is the person who brought out the food and their politeness and general cheery personality, and the food itself. The portion was large (what I was hoping for!), and bar the mushy peas it was piping hot. I was offered sauces, as they stupidly don't have any sachets now, and so arrived a bottle of tomato sauce - previously used of course!I went to the toilet before leaving, and I really object to seeing the results of the previous 100 people's visits in the urinal. Presumably they have gone "waterless", but the problem is they have just switched the water off rather than install the correct type of urinal so the waste is still there looking at you!! Exceptionally off-putting , and of course the whole toilet area stank of urine as a result. Disgusting. No excuse as they seemed to have been recently refurbished (doubt its anything else as they seemed in good nick!)I enjoyed the food, and would visit another Morrisons again for it, but sadly the place itself just needs a massive clean and removal of the communal food items.

It's a nice place to have breakfast in Wrexham, where the choices are minimum especially for breakfast. They have a good menu at reasonable prices.

Friendly and helpful staff. Had a decent afternoon tea which hadn't been booked. Very good value for money and we enjoyed it too.

Morrisons have a special offer of half price meals Thursday to Sunday. They have social distancing in place. Sadly, they did not have a lot of what was on the menu. Good points, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Bad point, we had to wait extremely long for our meals to arrive. When they did arrive, the cutlery was dirty and lots of items were missing. Task, spot the onion rings! We could not find them and we were there!!!

Absolutely vile. Went in today, tables covered in uncollected items, filthy floor. Coffee machine and pop despenser unable to be used as they "needed cleaning" staff told us to go and buy a pop from the shop and they'd let us on with it. Orderd a couple of breakfasts, told we couldnt swap the heart attack fried bread for toast without paying for the toast as an extra. Food arrived and the lad who had a terrible attitude because we dared ask for clean cutlery! He actually gave us unwashed knives! Dirty boy! Then the nail in the coffin was the grease covered "food" that was stone cold apart from the egg. Ended up asking for a manager who refused to come from her office and said to just refund us. No wonder the place is terrible with waste of space managers like that.Avoid this grease ridden dump.

Me and my mate come here a few times and it's always nice but what we find the problem is the other customers and the cafe manager. Lots of customers are really horrible to the staff as I am in contact with one of them and it is so horrible to hear how upset they get becuase of the way they're treated by customers, they should be ashamed of them self's for this. There's no need to make them cry all because you can't wait for your food to be cooked. They are doing there best and there's no need to be so horrible to them. Also the cafe manager is the same and does not always treat her staff right. Again I hear how she talks to them and some staff end up in tears because of her and leaving. So well done to the cafe team for staying there even with all this abuse from customers and the manager. Please learn to treat the staff better, both customers and manager!!!

8am visit for breakfast and shopping. Would expect cleanliness and freshness. Crockery and cutlery was dirty. When mentioning this to Staff they didn't act on it or seem to care. I had to trawl through them to find something clean. Staff wiping tables and chairs with a dirty cloth and no cleaning fluids. Breakfast was barely warm but it was edible even though my poached egg was like a rubber bullet. Won't eat here again. Wrexham has more venues with a better choice and better standards for a very similar price.

Visited yesterday 05.12.18. Over from Leeds and after a long day, called in with my brother for some hot food and coffee. We bought some food to take out but, we were sadly too late for any hot food and even the coffee machine had just been cleaned. A wonderful lady named Julie, on the checkout, then went to the trouble of getting us two coffees from the staff canteen. Fantastic, friendly service and it set us up nicely for the long drive home which, without the coffee would've seemed a lot longer and it also helped to keep us much more alert. 😀 A worthy 5 stars all day long!
