Papa John's Pizza in Wrexham

My boyfriend ordered us food from here last night. We both had pizza with meat on and side orders. It was a meal deal. I felt really unwell not long after and had a bad stomach. My boyfriend was up 2.30 am being sick. We hadnt had alot to drink as he had to be up early to drive this morning so it had to be the food. I think it must of been the meat. To be honest i didnt really enjoy the food as much this time either as the pizzas had far too much tomato puree. We wont be ordering from here again as its made us both ill and its not cheap. We both felt totally well till we ate your food. Very worrying.

Great tasting pizzas and sides. People always rave about Dominoes, but I think Papa Johns is the best. You can tell they use fresh ingredients. Their Buffalo sauce is the best!! Never had an issue with food or the order being wrong. The only downside is they are overpriced - almost £7 for a few chicken wings is insane! You do get reward points and get free pizza/garlic bread when you collect enough.

Bit difficult to park. Good service. Best to ring cuz sometimes your order can work out cheaper. Small pizza is more than enough for a hungry person. Only small niggle is pizza would have been left in their oven for another minute, cuz the crust was quite doughy. Love the pepperoni - although greasy, but so tasty. Especially if you can get a small and a drink under £6 - prices in the evening are very expensive £16 for a small pizza.

Order took almost an hour and a half, it was with the delivery driver for 40 mins sweating in the boxes as tracked it because we were waiting that long. All food arrived cold, soggy and plastered with tomato purée. Tried to microwave the pizza as I don’t like cold pizza but it ended up in the bin it was still that soggy. The driver was in his mid 70s and must have driven so slow to take 40 mins to get here, I understand there’s probably other deliveries but have never had pizza before that literally falls apart to pick up as it’s that soggy and limp! No apology for how long he took either! Rang the store straight away for a ‘quality guarantee’ they supposedly offer, got through first time but they hung up, called them a further 20 times to claim the quality guarantee but obviously they didn’t answer again and have missed the 30 min guarantee slot! Total waste of money, we ended up eating food from out the fridge that I had to cook! £28.99 what a rip off!

Ordered a medium pizza and some chicken bites for dinner from Uber Eats. Whilst the pizza was quite tasty the chicken bites were soggy and cold. Certainly wasn't worth almost £18!

Always have amazing food delivered, my favourite pizzas and the sides are better than anywhere else 😎edit: Pizza lately has been noticeably worse starting :)

Lovely food great service lovely delivery drivers food came pipping hot and without a problem pizza was cooked amazingly the sides were just as good! Order came within 30 minutes the driver who delivered my order was polite and sweet didn’t mind my dogs even gave them a fuss! Which no other drivers from other fast food places have done so will Definitely ordering for here again

Got these garlic roll things from here. Appaling staff refused to replace also quote 'we dont replace sides' apparently papa John's wrexham policy supersedes government legislation..Ignorant staff poor quality food.

Fantastic food and great service!This was my first time trying Papa Johns and the whole family loved it. A greater range than other similar pizza takeaways, more offers, price was overall lower and had some new items I had not seen before such as garlic knots.the vegetarian choices were good, it took around 30 minutes to be delivered to my house which was fine. order early if you think you need the food at a certain time as it is new and very popular.
