Very nice friendly pub Good choice of beers 🍺

Went on a quiet mid week evening. Good range of beers available. There are themed food evenings and Friday nights, they have gin deals on. Food was very reasonably priced, good helpings and tasted good . All in all, an enjoyable supper. I'll certainly go back there.

This is a small pub, with Sunday Carvery. Couldn't stay as no were to sit other than stand at the bar. We did come in the summer and sat out in the garden which was very nice. A dog friendly pub

Really nice, friendly village pub. Good food menu, good selection of beers and Gins. Staff are really helpful and pleasant, loos are spotless, hosts are great company and all in all, the perfect experience of a good pub.

Lovely atmosphere. Beautiful quaint setting with in view and sound of St Chad's bells. Needs a little work on back as a beer garden . Very friendly, welcoming staff.

went here for a 50th birthday, staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make it a special day. food is excellent and reasonably priced. very nice atmosphere and great beer garden. will definitely go again.

Just paid my second visit here.Both times, food has been excellent.It is reasonably priced, with a good choice on the menu.The atmosphere is very family friendly, and the staff are very attentive, without being overpowering.Looking forward to my next visit

Just spent the evening here. What a lovely place, staff friendly and welcoming. I ordered the fish with home made chips and mushy peas with sticky toffee pudding for afters and I certainly wasn't disappointed. Will definitely be revisiting.
