Pizza Hut in Wrexham

Had to leave a review of this pizza hut because of the high level of customer service we received on the 10/02/2022.It was my daughter's 1st birthday and we had a really busy day so called into pizza hut on the way home at 19.45pm walked in and the staff told us unfortunately they were closing in 15 minutes .Me my wife and child were all disappointed and sadly walked back to the car where a manager and member and staff came running out saying it's ok we can stay open a bit longer . We all said no it's ok but they were very insistent that they were ok to stay open a bit longer . Just for us.We went back in and was made to feel so welcome the manager brought my daughter crayons and a little colouring book.Food was quick and freshly cooked . Absolutely delicious. The staff really were welcoming, didn't rush us atall.Definitely will be back !!!

Highly recommend Delicious food , great staff from the minute I walked in till I left , big mention to Kieran that guy is amazing great customer service he is a credit to have in the Wrexham branch , was a highlight of my brothers birthday

Ordered a meat feast pizza with extra onion and mushroom, on a thin base, pizza arrived on time opening the pizza box just had the mushroom and onion which was hard to see as not much on the thin crust as there was no meat feast on it .rang the shop up to complaint was told that it was not there fault and should get in touch with just eat, didn't realize just eat cooked my so called pizza 31 pounds down, joke

Ordered pur pizzas online for collection as we were staying in the nearby Premier Inn. The food was ready on time, the lady on the collection desk was friendly and the pizzas were cooked to perfection – absolutely delicious.

Have always used this restaurant as a treat for my kids. Arrived today to be told I had to scan a 'barcode on the menu' to order my food.....WHAT? If I'd wanted to order my food by phone, I would've done it from home. The waiter couldn't take my order??? I didn't have my phone on me at the time so couldn't have ordered anyway. What is the place coming too. We left immediately before sitting down. Absolutely disgusted. No mention either as to why. We won't be back.

I went for an early birthday lunch with my son. Staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. Food as always was spot on.

Order for take away. Food was ready on time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great pizza as to be expected from pizza hut. Will definitely visit again in the future. Also look forward to visiting for the buffet again now back available.

Visiting Wrexham for the weekend and we were looking for somewhere to eat in the evening - and happened to drive past. The combo of known name, and free easy car parking did the trick. Store was clean and comfy, not too noisy and a comfy temperature. Service was quick and friendly. Food came out quickly and was hot and fresh - though we discovered that neither of us like Qourn nuggets much. Salad bar well stocked and tasty. Toilets were clean and functional. Overall a decent meal for the price.

We've spent some time at the Wrexham hospital and after being discharged we had lunch at this place. Many options besides the traditional pizza, like the pork ribs that were simply delicious. There are many appetizers and drinks, including free refill fountain drink. Nice place and cordial staff. They even helped us get a taxi, since our phones were not working.

It's a pizza hut, surely everyone knows what they are like? Nice pizza and a reasonable price. Quick service and plenty of waiting staff.
