Pontcysyllte Chapel Tearoom in Wrexham

Fantastic cafe in a converted Chapel in Trevor near the world heritage site on the canal. I had a hearty brecwast. all freshly cooked (Black pudding was lovely) didn't check on the gluten free options as my allergy girlfriend wasn't with me. Also do a veggie brecwast. Lovely cup of tea too. serves lunch and afternoon tea. Brilliant service. David bowie and elvis friendly for bonus points. Also popular with Paul whitehouse and Bob mortimer when fishing in the area. Great if you've been walking or cycling along the canal. Plenty of parking. Very Highly recommended. Oh and its also licensed with beer on tap. ⛪ 🥓 🍳☕🍧🍻 🎂

Fantastic cooked breakfast today- lovely bacon and sausages, great value and in a fantastic building. Love all the old features in the old chapel and ever so friendly/helpful staff. Free parking for patrons otherwise £2. Just a stones throw away to the aqueduct.

Had a lovely lunch on a day trip out to see the Aqueduct which is very close.My vegan lunch was delicious, the cafe was spotless and lovely and airy.They have a car park which is very useful and is free if you spend a certain amount in the cafe.

Lovely old chapel. A lot of the internal features have been kept. Very nice lunch menu, including wraps, jacket potatoes, toasties and more. Lots of drinks to choose from and very good cakes. Staff friendly, dogs are welcome. Parking outside for £2.

Absolutely beautiful afternoon tea which catered really well for vegans. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Very close to the aqueduct tours and really good price. Highly recommend!

We found this whilst moored at Trevor last year and thought it was great. Beautifully fitted out from an old Chapel. We returned yesterday. It's really lovely, great food and snacks. Good hot coffee and very friendly helpful staff. Our dog was welcome inside too!

Found this gem open on a Saturday morning when we were surprised to find other cafés on the canal closed. Great pots of tea and cake in an atmospheric building.

Thank you so much to all the staff at The Chapel tearoom for a delicious afternoon tea today of freshly made sandwiches and a great assortment of cakes and scones and of course a good brew. We will be back soon and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Fabulous hidden gem of a cafe. We had full cooked breakfast veggie and non veggie and it was awesome! Beautiful old renovated church inside, freindly staff and great food. What more do you need?!
