Telford Inn in Wrexham

This pub is about as basic as its gets, but the food was surprisingly good. Liver, bacon and onions was freshly cooked and very tasty. Portion sizes were too generous, no room for deserts. With a prime location at the end of the Pontycyllte aqueduct it would be good to invest in an upgrade for the local eatery.

Love this pub. Good food and real ale. Friendly service. Great pub garden (dog friendly). Lovely views of the surrounding hills. Canal side walk over Pontcysyllte aqueduct.

The Pub is a pretty standard pub with some decent food to offer. As well as that we got some pretty fast service as well as being able to pay with card.

Good pub in Trevor. They have a central room with the bar and a pool billiard and some couches. Further several smaller rooms where you can sit back, relax and have lunch or dinner. Also a nice terrace where you can sit. Food is fresh and good. Friendly and helpful staff.

At the end of the famous Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, its a dog friendly pub, with a decent amount of outdoor seating to people watch. We visited a couple of times whilst staying in the area. The food we tried was average and a little pricey for what we had, in my opinion but it is in a nice spot.

Nice pub for a family day out. The food is not superb but do the job for a day out with your family. The surrounding is absolutely amazing. The staff are very friendly. Car parking accessible

My wife and I enjoyed sandwiches and chips, after a walk alongside the canal. The staff were very friendly and the food was served in a good time, with a smile. A good traditional style pub, with indoor and outdoor seating available.

A really nice visit at lunch time on a Saturday. Staff were really friendly and cheerful with lovely, helpful interaction. The interior has been modified for social distancing reasons but there is plenty of seating available. We were met at the door and shown out seats. All staff were wearing masks. There was one ale on 'Farmer's choice' which was very nice. We all chose sandwiches or wraps which came with crisps and salad and was served quite quickly.The pub is situated in a beautiful location next to the aqueduct and a great starting point for a lovely walk. There were plenty of people and dog walkers.

This is a great place, treated our girls (Cockers) to cut sausages in there own little bowls 🥣 ..... Great food and staff, an amazing place and we travelled from Rhyl and will come over and over. Thank you for caring g for our girls aswell as us. Treated so well and amazing place and a must go to place ....Gary and Linda xxx
