The Acton Park Pub in Wrexham

My mum took my kids for a meal yesterday and to say it was awful was an understatement. They were first accused of already having had a meal 5 mins after they had arrived which they had not paid for then waited well over an hour for their food for it to be served cold with things missing off the plate. It would be understandable if the pub was busy but they was only a few people in there.

Have not been to the Acton in many years.. but will most certainly be going back.. staff were so friendly & helpful.. from bar to waiting on all were amazing nothing too much trouble.. lovely place to meet up with friends.. Thank you Acton staff for making the evening special even though it was just a catch up xx

Very friendly welcoming and attentive staff. Food was really tasty, hot! And well presented. The pub itself was, clean warm and cosy and obviously well cared for. I would definitely recommend the Acton Park any time and am looking forward to returning soon.

Never been before food was stunning and hot finished starter and within 5 mins our mains were on the table excellent service children friendly and staff lovely friendly polite and welcoming very impressed and will be going back soon

Excellent pub located on one of the main roads into Wrexham with a car park at the rear. Expect a warm welcome with the real fire in the winter and outdoor seating for those warmer summers evenings, They sell a wide range of hot and cold drinks and usually have a good range of real ales which are kept well. There is an app to order food & drinks which also offers rewards if you visit frequently. Good quality food from brunch at weekends to lunch and evening meals throughout the week. The staff are very friendly and efficient, there’s always a smile (Even behind the mask) 👍 This venue is well worth a visit if your in the area.

The atmosphere in the pub was amazing. I went for food and drinks with friends and we had an amazing time. Staff were lovely and food was fab. Definitely recommend to other friends and family.

wow I am so impressed, my son had an unfortunate Friday night and left his jacket in the pub prior to going to town. I went in on Saturday and they took my details then phoned me 8.30am on the Sunday informing me his jacket was there. Many thanks for your honesty and efficiency.

Food is always on point, staff are friendly and the quiz was hilarious (and really difficult) 😂

A well run chain pub that maintains good standards and is popular in the area. Good range of beers and cocktails. Staff are friendly and prices reasonable. Food is okay, typical of this type of pub.
