I paid on figo website the food came it was awful I've always enjoyed my food from there all the time the pizza was freezing cold. My friend chicken was pink in the middle and freezing all fat hanging off it from the chicken and my.chicken kebab was dry I asked for extra garlic sauce not a teaspoon please refund my 15.60 that u took out of my bank we are loyal customers to u all and to find our food like that was shocking so refund please

No drinks provided with the kids meals yet always received on previous orders. After calling they were refused and told this would be taken off the menu as they are running two sites. Six very disappointed children.

Louise (the lady that answers the phone) is such a lovely happy person! Every time I ring she is absolutely brilliant and so accommodating! Nothing is too much trouble! I have been ordering from charcoal grill for a while and the food is always spot on, one time there was a mix up with my order and it arrived much later than expected. When I phoned back to tell them Louise sorted it out no problem and went out of her way to put it right for me. She has a brilliant telephone manner and the patience of a saint when taking my complicated orders every single time she definitely deserves some praise!!

Fantastic service. Ordered food from them and the driver arrived at my door with my food and said I’d been chosen for the 50% off and handed me half of the money back. This was also on top of the 20% that they offer when ordering online. Everyone needs to check these guys out!

Best pizza in town and quick delivery! Last time I ordered four pizzas 12inch for 20 pounds because the main websites has 20% off. Really recommend
