Best roast I've had in a long time in a pub. All fresh and homemade, definitely worth the visit! Staff are brilliant and friendly also, I will be back soon!

Great sunday dinner , cheap and tasty

Good place to go for a pint.

Loved it here , bar staff were ace and the band monkey wrench were class. A couple of clowns in there but to be fair they were very drunk. I remember my first beer.

We have eaten here four times now over the last couple of months and each time the food has been to a really high standard. Most definitely one of the best Sunday dinners to be found anywhere.

The carvery here is excellent. Both food wise and for value. Can go up again and again for as much as you want. Do a kids carvery too. Staff are very friendly too. Good idea to book as gets busy which isnt surprising

Excellent carvery , hot ,freshly cooked, and if you could possibly manage fill your plate 3 times, move over Toby carvery, and also staff very friendly and helpful .. 😀

New owners now have had The New Inn Johnstown for a year and have introduced a Thai menu and do the most fantastic carvery on a sunday. Well worth a visit .also entertainment every fri and sat .a completely different place from the old
