Absolutely superb, proper pub. Great range of drinks on draught and some great gin. New menu is fantastic and great value, both the main menu and the theme nights. Sky Sports too! Owners are lovely and bar staff great. Go!

Lovely pub and restaurant in a lovely village. Catherine is a great host. She deserves this to be success and I hope the people of the village can support The White Horse.

Visited today at lunchtime. Very impressive choice of menus. Fabulous refurbishment, much cosier but OMG the chairs are so uncomfortable. Hardwood seats and too tiny for most adult derrieres. Such a shame as the food, service and staff are great.Apologies to all. This is not the place I visited. Wrong place popped up from Google search.

First time we dined from pandemic and new management. Polite staff, BUT the whole dining experience from the hour wait, starter choice not available to main course we was dissapointed. We paid and left disheartened.

Came for food, Service was very very slow waited 45 minutes for a starter and the restaurant wasnt busy.Couldn't even finish the Meal as the quality was so poor.Chef obviously has no pride in what they are serving. No body even came to see if we was happy with the food.Definitely Won't be coming back.

The meal was tasty an reasonably priced. My pint of Staropramen was amazing. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and comfortable.The other customers were friendly and chatty. Recommend for a lovely casual meal.

Superb service and food! Felt welcome and looked after. We had Mexican and vegan burgers plus descent pint of Guinness - I recommend. Next time we need to try desserts 😁

Nipped in for food but sadly they don't do any on Mondays. Had a drink anyway, staff were really nice, locals were friendly and the pub looked great. Would go back on a day they do food. Beer garden looked fantastic.
