Zilan Kebab House in Wrexham

Apart from the missed drink and missed garlic mayo on the chips in which I paid for the chicken was not nice at all £14 & for 4 fried chicken, gravy, and portion of onion rings. Lesson learned lol

Food was really good and fairly priced and staff were friendly. The only thing I disliked was the £6 minimum card spend, I understand it can't be helped but it's a bit of a pain.

Firstly this is not personal. But I would advise anyone thinking about ordering a delivery or picking up an order that on receiving or collection that you check it before leaving the shop or letting the delivery person or persons leave . Ive ordered a few times and have had no problems with the food ,But my last order was eight hot wings short so I called them and asked them to check my order , In case somewhere along the line a mistake had orcerd.. Any way basically they said the cook had put sixteen in and I basically was celled a lier if not directly. And nothing was done to rectify there mistake. Needless to say I will not be ordering from the above again due to being ripped off and having my integrity questioned . If some else whould have been here on delivery idd have taken this a lot fertherUpdateIT'S been three months since my last review regarding this establishment this being the case I decided to give them another try and I must say what a difference the staff being both polite and patient while taking my order .Regarding the above post I got to speak to the business owner who had only recently read my review, this being the case he took time out from his busy business schedule to listen to me and rectify the situation whilst being very apologetic for my previous experience nothing less than PROFESSIONAL thanks boss man.My order arrived being fresh and hot and correct the delivery man again being both polite and apologetic for my previous experience well impressed.I will now be ordering again .

Where do I start Alex the owner has got such bad attitudes to customers lately his staff who take phone call messed up on last order as they said card machine not working so I cancelled the order but they still sent it and wanted cash at door so went to order last night and I get barred because of staff not doing the job properly and the management don't give a toss

Food is good most of the time.It used to be so much better.I just wish they would get the order correct the last 3 times weve ordered, order has been incorrect from missing food or sending out wrong food I wouldn't mind but I check the order with the young girl ordering and ask her to repeat it back to me and still its wrong.Ordered food today 3 july 2021 food was disgusting most went in the bin, order was wrong again 😡 .How they cannot get a simple order correct baffles me 🤷‍♀️😡.There loss not mine as most definitely want be reordering from here ever again will look for a new takeaway.Customers look around before ordering from zilan gwersylt as better takeaways around.

Food is absolutely fantastic when they get it right. Last 3 orders have been wrong. First I paid for cans of pop and didn’t receive any. When I mentioned this the next time round I was in the wrong. But on that same order I ordered a doner wrap and got delivered a doner Burger and when I phoned again it was apparently my fault for not speaking clear enough. They did replace my order. Tonight I order food and asked the same cashier as previously to repeat my order as it had been wrong on the 2 previous occasions and she told me she was ‘too busy’ so I said well it’s been wrong last 2 occasions then she repeats my order at such a pace I couldn’t hear her. And yet again something is missed of my order (only a pot of chilli sauce) but still missed. She then refused to serve me via card transaction as her machine is broke but when saying I haven’t got cash and will cancel the transaction of over £40 she soon fixed her card machine. Like I say the food is one of the best around but the service from this cashier is really disappointing. I’m not expert in customer service but I know how I would like to be spoken to.
