Blue Dolphin Cafe in Allerdale

Best breakfast I've had all weekend! Friendly staff and quick service. Food was perfect. We visited on a Sunday morning and the cafe was busy but not crammed. They accept card payments which is handy. Will definitely come back again.

Had a good breakfast and really enjoyed it, but my wife had a trip and fall on the stairs down to the toilet. There was no sympathy or help from management.

Lovely friendly little cafe. Called in with my granddaughter today. The food was cooked fresh, and was really tasty. The staff were so nice and friendly. Loved it😁. Just upset that I only found this place on the last day of our holiday. We'll be back.

Complete greasy spoon. We stopped here for lunch and decided not to eat upon asking a staff member what kind of fish they were serving and they responded "its frozen, like cod, sort of". Yuck. We highly recommend taking a drive to John's Plaice a few miles away for some fresh stunning fish.

Good strong cup of tea but this is more like a workers cafe in my opinion. Staff very friendly and lovely people though.

I ordered a full English breakfast. The quality was amazing, the staff very friendly, and the sitting room was spotless. I would highly recommend the Blue Dolphin cafe to everyone in the local area. 5*
