Great price friendly staff good bit of food

Good food, well recommended by Eddie but the staff raised the bar for service

Rather disappointing, forgot to bring my black coffee (ordered white) and toast. When they eventually arrived I'd almost finished my breakfast, the toast was inedible, when I tried to cut it in half it shattered! They did apologize though.

I regularly order a salad from Frankie Rays to take out with me working and travelling , It’s always lovely. Today I ordered a piece of steak pie and I have to say it is probably the best I have ever had, would highly recommend, it was gorgeous x

The staff are so helpful and cheerful it has a good friendly atmosphere and the food is excellent and good choice of menu.nothing is a problem to staff if you want something that maybe not on the menu(mix Some of the foods) they will help with your request.

Nice place, friendly staff. The interior is stunning and has a real US Diner feel. Good selection of food and daily specials.

Lovely clean place but wasn't overly impressed with the breakfast. Bacon egg n sausage nice but crumbly black pudding frozen hash browns tinned tomatoes and mushrooms aren't my cup of tea. More beans on the plate than anything else. Then my worst nightmare frozen bread toasted. Worth a visit to form your own opinion but I wont be rushing back !

Went to Frankie Rays on sunday with my 6yr old grandson Jake, because he'd been before and asked 'please can we go to Frankie Rays for american pancakes with maple syrup Granda', but when we got there unfortunately they only do Sunday dinners on a Sunday, but they were brilliant and said sit yourselves down and we'll make you some. We got 2 plate fulls of pancakes with maple syrup & cream, absolutely gorgeous!! this made our day and Jake was over the moon. Such a lovely thing to do and it was really appreciated, then they gave him 2 chocolate bars & a drink for being good, this put a big smile on his face lol, thank you so much, looking forward to our next visit for the full 'American', thanks again it meant a lot to him xx 👍
