Starbucks in Allerdale

Awful Starbucks. Visited today and the staff were carrying on and Male staff member breaking wind behind counter, and other staff laughing!! Had to ask twice for my cake. Coffee very weak, Tuna sandwich just ok. Staff need to focus on customers more. Won’t be back.

£3.80 for a cappuccino and no chocolate offered. Why? Because that had none. Well done Starbucks. Aren't you meant to be the industry leaders?

Drive thru rarely open n when it is open 9 times out of 10 my coffee is wrong even if im the only customer.. too busy with thier phones.. useless drive thru

Drive through service very slow, waited nearly 10mins to order and then waited a further 15mins to receive the order.

Time for a quick update, called here around lunch time. Ample parking available. Staff all very friendly and helpful.First visit to this Starbucks branch, adjacent to the Shell petrol station.All the usual products available. A very warm and friendly welcome. Fast service. Ample seating available even under the present COVID19 restrictions.Recommended. Will call here again.

Lovely meal in beautiful, relaxed surroundings. Staff were friendly. Food very tasty if a little expensive.

Recently pulled up to go in as a first time experience and treat for my daughter, all staff was at the window too busy chatting we was stood there for a fair while and just decided to leave instead, it wasn’t even busy inside. Disappointed but glad I haven’t bothered going to one before if it’s like this

I’m sure the drinks are good but I wouldn’t know, walked in with wife and child, had a look at the menu and then where promptly ignored by the staff who where chatting at the window for around 10mins, just left, 16:45ish 11th jan

Nice, good parking. Friendly staff. Could maybe encourage people to clean up more. New building as well. A lot of seating. Handy from Whitehaven. I was visiting my Dad so was really pleased to find a Starbucks had opened. I much prefer Starbucks than other coffee chains.
