Thirty Nine Steak & Seafood in Allerdale

We had a takeout from here with a lot to choose from the menu. The staff and chef accommodated to dietary preferences with no problem. Generous portions and well cooked, vegetables were absolutely perfect and was local produce too! Thank you to everybody x

Just go here. Exceptional. Breads and dips, loads of delicious starters, we got goats cheese, nachos and wings. Fish is delicious, we got special monkfish and prawn curry, hake and mussels in creamy garlic sauce and the cod fritters. BYO wine, corkage £2. Friendly staff

I was just sharing the details of thirty nine with a friend who is visiting Antrim this weekend. My family ate twice at 39 in August 2018. We had two great meals. The staff were very kind to our children and made us feel very welcome. Glad to see they are still going strong.

Having failed to communicate that the pork belly was not available, they took my order (1of 6 people dining) only to bring to the table a substituted pork meal I did not order. About half way through I asked to check the order - to which they confirmed that the server should have noted the pork belly was not available and they failed to communicate this on menu at time of ordering. They apologized, but made no attempt to remove it from the bill or offer an alternative. I was not paying the bill (another family member was treating), so was not going to push this point to disrupt the night. Further to this, two other fish meals did not have their accompanying side orders brought to the table. I went on recommendation from people, but in this instance I was not happy with the experience.

Beautiful food, bf loves the steak here. Great service too. Best to book during busy times.

Good luck.... early August 2018 and they were waiting for liquor license sign off. It was BYOB. Food was terrific. Presentation very good.

Food was delicious.steak cooked to perfection..mediu rare with very generous sides. Salmon was the best my son had ever had. The girl serving us was efficient, helpful and friendly. Restaurant very clean with lovely decor. Highly recommended. Hope to go again soon.
