Wellington Farm Cafe & Tearooms in Allerdale

We really enjoyed our stay.The pod was really well kept and clean, the hot tub was brilliant and the kids enjoyed seeing the alpacas and other animals.The view from the pod/hot tub was amazing.Breakfast in the cafe was very nice.We would have used the cafe on the evening if it was open however not far at all to cockermouth and we got a nice meal in the castle bar in the town.

The place is beautiful and relaxing. The pods are perfectly located on the farm, providing privacy but also close to the on-farm cafe or to the town if you want to go out or get a takeaway.The service was great. They got in touch as we got closer to the holiday to make sure we had everything we needed once we got there. They responded promptly to any queries or requests. Also, got the cafe to do a cake for my FIL's birthday which was delicious. And the jersey ice-cream at the cafe was brilliant too!!The hot tub is amazing and very well maintained. The view from the pods is just exquisite!! The glamping pod itself has all the amenities you need and are very comfortable.Our group had a wide age range (60+ to 18 month old) and everyone had great fun. Perfect place to have some relaxing time with family.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, Stayed here for the weekend with my wife and first of all the camping pod was spotlessly clean and well presented the hot tub was all thoroughly cleaned and filled with fresh water. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely stunning with views of the mountains all from the hot tub. Will definitely be returning again soon

Just got back from a two night stay for my partners 30th. The staff were fantastic, I ordered a small surprise platter for my partner for arrival which was great with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and wine! Debbie spoke to me in private to ensure this was sorted for her when we got to our pod. The on-site cafe is wonderful with home cooked food, again the staff are wonderful. We enjoyed the hot tub both evenings with the most spectacular views! Would definitely recommend and we want to come back soon!

Just had a 2 night stay with my partner, was brilliant. Felt like the staff had really thought of everything to try make the stay as relaxing as possible.We ordered breakfast to our pod for the first morning and it was lovely.The pod was extremely clean and well cared for.The views from the hot tub were very nice!Would definitely visit again!! ⭐️⭐️

This was our second stay at Wellington farm and it was as perfect as the first. We arrived a little early so went for lunch in the tea rooms and the food was amazing. The pods were immaculately clean, and had everything in that you could need. The hot tub is amazing if you have any back troubles! We ordered the breakfast pack to make ourselves and this was already prepared and waiting for us. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, we will definitely be returning for a third visit! Thankyou again for a lovely stay!

We live 10 minutes away but we could of been anywhere in the world 🌎The staff are lovely and take care of the cabins, hot tubs and guests to the highest standards.We didn't use the cafe on this stay but I've been to the cafe with my young daughters in the past and the food is delicious.We would definitely recommend and will be back again soon

It was a wonderful 2 night stay, the pod was clean and comfortable, the hot tub was fantastic and that was also clean and well looked after by staff. We took advantage of the farms cafe for breakfast and enjoyed a fabulous platter of meat and cheese delivered to our pod. Recommended highly.

Just back from another visit and we had a fantastic time again. Winter is a great time to stay as the pods are cosy and the hot tubs are the perfect place to recover after a day out in the fells. Also, because it's out of prime tourism season it's easier to get booked into the excellent cafes and restaurants in nearby towns.

We had a 2 night stay at Wellington farm the staff were very welcoming and the pods were immaculate the hot tub was also very relaxing it’s in a great location and no matter what the weathers like you still wake up to amazing views. We will definitely be returning soon.
