Probably the best pub food I've ever had, and that is saying doming after doing hundreds of reviews. Staff were friendly and helpful. Menu is quite varied but the 4 meals we ordered were all superb and brought out at the same time which is no mean feat on a Friday evening in a busy pub.

Heard a lot about this place… I went for a starters of cod goujons and scampi and salt and pepper chips for main. It was fantastic. The beer was just under 4quid a pint for ipa (unicorn) price wise starters main and 2 beers set me back £28 which wasn’t too bad.would defo go again

By far one of the best pubs I've been too and I'm ashamed to say the first time I've ever been although I've lived in the town all my life!Food is top notch, it makes others around Barrow look 2nd rate.Staff are beyond 5* ... kind, helpful and nothing is too much! Went out of their way to make my son smile and enjoy his visit.Clean....tidy.....fantastic surroundings, nice beer garden...Thank you for a brilliant lunch time 🙌🙌🙌I'd recommend to anyone!
