This is not a place to go until they sort out how to run an establishment!! They put things on your food which are not on the menu then tell you it's your fault for not reading the menu properly! Then the manager huff's grunts & storms off when you complain......twice! in front of my children on mother's day! This has to be thee worst experience I've had in an eating establishment in barrow........EVER!!!We are going to head office & demanding an overhaul of this business aswel as a full refund & compensation!!

What a great night us ladies had at the Ferry our meal was lovely we all had something different carvery, fish, scampi and burgers which were all delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff polite and friendly and chatty especially Jordan. We all had a sweet but my sticky toffee pudding was the best I've ever had. We will definately be coming again. Thanks

Lovely Roast Carvery lunch for three today.Meat perfectly cooked, and served with a good selection of vegetables. The carvery was hot and well presented.Excellent service from staff, who are cheerful, helpful and professional

The meal was very good, we had the carvery and for just over £10 I was more than happy, the roast beef was particularly good. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was very warm, I will definitely be going again.

Staff very uninterested in helping you. Food OK but not worth the £60 we got charged. Chips had been left under the heat lamps way past what they should have been, they forgot a pizza so we didn't all eat together, no apology

I come here semi regularly. Staff is very friendly and the food is delicious, not to mention the toilets are some of the cleanest I have ever seen. The decoration is amazing. 5 stars.

After a lengthy wait for the mains one comes out cold. When we were asked how the food was we said it came out cold to which the Waitress replied "i'll check that for you" and then brought out desert... nothing else said. I suppose you get what you pay for as the two meals were quite cheap all in all. The toilets, however, were flooded by the overflowing urinals. The bowls the deserts came in were 10/10 though, wonderful glaze on the rim.

We were a large group with 3 boisterous youngstersWe were celebrating a birthday, there was different meals ordered mostly it was carvery which was very nice only 1 small complaint one of the older ladies ordered a prawn cocktail and instead of the lettuce being shredded, it was two large lettuce leaves which she couldn't cut.Everything else was good and the Christmas pudding was to die for (lol) the staff were always available clearing the tables and taking plates away, excellent.I do have to apologise again though, the children left the area around the tables like a food fight had gone on and I'm sorry to whoever had to clean up.
