Very torn on my review.Food was excellent and couldn't fault it however everything else was such a let down.Staff (or lack of) is extremely slow with not a care in the world for any sort of customer service. Plus the place is filthy dirty. Dust absolutely everywhere!! Dead flys in the window. Plates which were on the table had dust on. Bathroom is thick of dust. Soap and blue roll on the sink instead of refilling the dispenser attached to the wall. Also toilet has wires sticking out the wall which is a major hazard!!Waitress was in a rush to take our order but food took overly long to arrive. No check backs to see if we needed anything else or just curtesy to check if we were happy. They have obviously spent a lot of money on the place but should invest in a cleaner and some staff training instead. Such a shame.

Had a really good meal. Reasonably priced went for mains only but all came quickly and we're tasty with good portion sizes. Kids pizza was the same size as an adult portion.

Takeaway service wasn't the fastest but it was more than worth the wait. Delicious chicken shish, lovely crunchy fresh salad and a really good chilli sauce. Perfect for a healthier takeaway when you can't (or don't want to) cook

Lunch menu. Fast service. Proper charcoal grilled food. Chicken wings moist and marinated. Tender lamb guvec. Couldn't believe the total on the bill - incredible value for money. Thank you, will definitely return again.

We ordered food from Kapadokya via an app whilst staying in the area for delivery and firstly it arrived 10 minutes late, however, this was the least of the issues as the meat in the chicken kebab was a bit dry but the "traditional doner" was just fat and gristle which was inedible and thrown in the bin.The meal was without doubt the worst we have ever had from a takeaway anywhere we have stayed in the country and 1* is generous but as that is the lowest Google Reviews allows, so be it!

We came in as a group of 6 adults and 4 kids. When placing the order we asked if we can get some confirmation of allergens in the order we placed as one of the kids was recently diagnosed with walnut allergy. We never got a confirmation of this. We asked for some water and got only 1Jug for a table of 10 after about 15 minutes of waiting, no glasses. We had to ask them for the glasses. Their was no sign of food, so we asked if we could atleast get the cold platter part of the order as everyone, especially the kids were hungry. We got the cold platter, but no bread. When we asked for it, the staff was rude saying that fresh bread takes time. She however brought a basket in 5 minutes which was not enough for our table. We had asked for 2 more baskets which never arrived. The mains platter arrived over an hour and half after we ordered. One of the platter was missing rice. The Humush we ordered never came. We asked for some sauces 3 times to 3 different waitresses and that never arrived. One of us had to go to the bar and demand it and get it from there. When we explained the situation to the chef, he was rude as if it was our fault. No one gave us an apology or explanation. We had travelled all the way from London for a holiday and after driving a whole day just wanted to have good food. Having spent 2 hours in the restaurant we had really lost our mood and appetite to even enjoy the taste of the food. We just wanted the ordeal to be over with. The place might have potential, but the staff and management needs to change. Speed of service needs to be improved. If you want to keep the current behaviour then may be renrand yourself as Karen-dokya as the service was not short of Karen cafe.If I could give below 1 star, I would.

Its nice to feel like your eating in a cave, though the sausage was a little too salty for my liking but overall very nice.Go for the hummus starter.

Pre ordered and paid via Kapadokya website for the first time. Food hadn’t arrived 15 minutes after delivery time so I rang. They obviously hadn’t a clue about the order then said it would arrive in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later it still hadn’t arrived so I called again and again was asked for all of the details. At first they said it hadn’t been ordered but changed this when I pointed out that my bank had made the payment for it. I was told it was the next order for delivery. Eventually it was delivered over an hour late. The food was very good as always but I would have got it quicker if I hadn’t pre-ordered it. Wouldn’t do it again.

Ordered a takeaway and honestly has to be the worst I have ever tasted.Whilst I understand they ain’t going to be piping hot but the Pizzas were almost cold. Cheesy garlic bread had no taste. Cheesy chips again had no taste. The cheese felt like rubber. Waste of money

The food was lovely. The service was fast and the staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend.
