Kfc in Barrow-in-Furness

Its ok. The drivethrough needs to be quick i was sat there waiting order for over 20 mins. Thought it was ment to be fast food

This place has the best vegan burger in the fast food industry right now in my opinion. However for some reason in this particular location it is sold out/unavailable most of the times. Can someone in management please rectify this, as you have costumers wanting to return for these burgers and you are losing business over it. It’s now been at least 5 times that I made my way to this property and walked in to find out that you don’t have it. If all the other fast food chains don’t have this problem why does KFC? 🧐

This place gets worse every time I try them again after yet another bad visit.The amount of times you can just turn up, order exactly what you want and actually be able to choose it is getting slim.Out of the usual drive thru's these have the best food in my opinion so for them to be so low in my estimations now says it all.Since the KFC having no chicken chaos a couple of years ago they have just got worse and worse.

Good food enjoyed after the boys played football. Theyve asked if we can go again after the next match. All round good service and clean facilities. Only issue was no hot drinks being served!

Don't know what's happened. Chicken overcooked last couple of visits. Called again several weeks later. Chicken only little better and no drinks other than fruit shoots. Even the seagulls wouldn't eat the chicken I threw out.

Chicken was horrible the worst kfc I have been too. Kfc gravy is always great but this one had a layer of jelly like stuff on the surface. Chips were good though.

You want chicken this place has chicken and even sells gravy and other treats staff are mostly kids but thats ok if you decide to have a game of tig as they are always up for it

Didn't like the way the staff behaved behind counter. Quite loud and unprofessional. Not in anyway polite. Order number was said not very clearly....although we didn't get a receipt for our order from machine so good job we memorised the number that came up on screen. stepped forward for our order which was pushed toward us without even a thankyou 😡. I've got grandchildren with better manners. Food was ok but lukewarm. Used the toilet before leaving and there was no handsoap in dispenser. Told a staff member that there was none and he didn't even say a word 🤷🏼‍♀️. Don't know how some people keep their jobs 🙄

It’s rare when KFC get a delivery order Bob on, so it’s deserving of a 5* review today... so glad they’ve got their flamin’ hot snack wraps back on the menu!! So good!

Friendly staff, clean. Quick service. KFC is KFC, same food, same drinks, same buckets, same straws and same way of serving wherever you are in the world. Staff levels and time of day usually determine how quickly tables are cleared although if more people actually put their empties in the bin on the way out it might make things quicker.
