Mcdonald's Restaurants in Barrow-in-Furness

Friendly staff, but portions seemed smaller than others. Upstairs on Friday full of Chavs vaping and shouting customers while 1 of the 12 of them has a poundsaver burger.

Awful service. Waited 15 minutes for a meal, came cold and got half the order wrong. Burger was colder than my drink. Absolutely terrible service, don't recommend.

Hmm, it is what it is.. wouldn't normally bother with McDs.. but I was hungry and it was there. OK but far from good.

The 3 stars are for food and how quick it came, was going to leave less, du to the fact that I had to clear and wash the table before we could sit down and eat. All of the 4 seat table were either occupied or dirty, so this was the only way my self and 2 daughter could sit together. They young lady who was upstairs and who looked to be in charge of keeping it clean, stood talking for a good 10-15 mins. Then walks of with the mop and bucket it to the back room, without clearing a single table. On and please will someone remove the chip that has been stuck to the ceiling for over a month. Will definitely not be returning anytime soon

Staff stood about talking and laughing which was nice to see but orders left too long went cold.... Can't really complain... But... Yeah nothings has changed :/

Below average! Burgers are thrown together, you have to put them together yourself when you open the box! Plus all the delivery drivers crowd round the counter and it's quite intimidating pushing through them as none of them want to move. Go to the drive through McDonald's across town, it's miles better food.

Very clean and staff are friendly. But I have to check through my order as 2 times I have got home and things I have ordered are missing. But I understand there busy and mistakes happen. Order was rectified. But overall a good take out.

Alot of the tables are too high for small children which is not ideal when it's busy. Food was as always uniform, exactly what you expect to get at mcdonalds and competitively priced.

Ordered delivery a few times. Burgers and nuggets are always good, but the fries always seem like they were cooked an hour earlier. Cold and limp. Which is a shame. Otherwise good as would expect from Maccy Ds.

Had to bring my rating down. Revisited this week and had to wait ages while all the delivery drivers food seemed to be flying out. Got my food home and there was a wrap of the day completely missing from my meal, my daughtersFirst ever Double cheese Burger was completely wrong although the sticker on it was correct and although 2 portions of fries were hot the ones in the happy meal were brown, soft and cold. In short, the quality of this restaurant is hit and miss
