Alfresco in Blackburn with Darwen

I've always ordered from Alfresco as they do the best pizza. However over the last year there has been issues with processing Web payments . Tried to order tonight and I got a notice saying my payment had gone through but there was an issue and to ring the restaurant. (Transaction has shown on my account) I ring them and first of all the girl on the phone was arguing with them trying to get them to understand or listen I don't know. Guy comes on phone and tells me my order isn't showing and that when it will he will send me my order. I told him I had proof I've paid but he was having none of it. Basically he was refusing to understand that it wasn't acceptable to be told oh you might get it you might not. He was getting angry at me...the person who is out of pocket. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, I will never buy from this condescending place again

Disgusted!!I ordered a takeaway for myself that I waited 2 hours for, called the takeaway for them to tell me the order has been cancelled and that I am bared with no notice what so ever !! Their reasons were because my little sister who used to live here worked for them a while back and now we’re blacklisted. I’ve never met these people before and I’m banned 🤣🤣The staff were also very rude and arrogant when I rang to see if I could resolve the issue.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

This has to be the worst meal I ever ate. Kebab Box for £10 was mostly chips with very little cheese on them. Kebab meat was tasteless. Charged 10p for carrier bag after they charge us £3.00 for delivery even though the menu said delivery was free over £12.00.

Take absolutely ages to deliver EVERY SINGLE TIME! I am always waiting way over and hour even for small orders.

Absolutely love the gym box/kebab box from here. When ordering a takeaway I personally love meat and no bread so this is perfect. Always well cooked and never left hungry. Recommend this place to everyone I speak to when talking kebabs

Worst takeaway I’ve ever eaten in my life!! Got food poising and then drove past a few days after and the ‘chefs’ were smoking and stood in the bins in their uniform!!!!! GRIM!!!!!!

Absolutely awful food. Rude staff. Unhygienic facilities. Never ever again, avoid at all costs ! I was bed ridden for 3 days after eating here.

Biggest waste of money iv ever spent. Would never go bk here even if it was free.... Always fail to get the order right amd the food is either under cooked or over cooked and human hair in food.....When you phone up about the problem they have a go at you and never fix the problem........avoid at all cost there is miles better takeaways id rather go

Absolutely disappointed not eating here again the first time I ordered a kebab box it was great but they have just got worse every time I got one especially the one I got today all the meat was very over cooked and looked like it had been sat for a week and the chips and cheese were like they chips had been cooked about 10 times and no cheese
