I love this place. Chicken and Ribs what more could a man want? Ok beer they don't do beer.🤣Like there fries with red salt much better than KFC.

We as a family go all the time. The lady even knows our order. Just been to get our tea. The chips were the worst chips I have EVER TASTED. They were hard over cooked. Tooth breaking chips. Disgusting.

Bought here in the past usually no issues but last night the chicken piece's were really small but the chips went straight in the bin. Over cooked, recooked several times probably, tooth breaking hard, couldn't chew them. Spoilt meal. Really put me off this place

The coating is good, the chicken a little dry, would like the option to order 2 of the same sides, maybe just selecting one they will send 2 i don't know. When ordering i left a note stating that the drink could not be coke or Pepsi but sent Pepsi anyway. I cant take Caffeine , after a long complicated conversation that the lad couldnt understand that Zero and Diet still contain caffeine he finally got it and said in future they would send tango cans as they only do coke and pepsi in big bottle it was sorted. I normally hate french fries these where lovely and crisp. The wait time upon order said 1hr 30m which is understandable when u order on line at tea time during lockdown, but turned up in an hour. the driver was very polite when we said oh we thought it would be later , so was in the middle of things when it arrived. Just being told now by the missus said her chicken was luke warm to cold by the time she got her second piece, yet the piece i tried was hot?? I do believe if we were not in lockdown they would be worthy of 5

Food was hot on arrival and delivery was early had a really good meal both of us, the lady that rang to say they had ran of one of the items was really polite and helpful. Really brilliant service

Just been down to get a few burgers for my colleagues. Hygiene was poor of the staff, the lady there scratched her backside and then handled the food. Chicken tasted as though it was uncooked and a few days old. Same with the bun. Rang to solve the issue, but was greeted by a rude member of staff who put the phone down on me.Great service and great food!Just avoid and don't ruin your lunch.

New owners took over. I used to get a meal deal but dont like fries. So they used to throw a couple of hot wings instead. But not now. And quality gone downhill. I'll never be going dixieland again. I feel sorry for new girl who has heard from many regular customers how prices have gone up. And cant slightly change the menu to suit customer disgusted

After eating here for the first time last week, I returned and was given quality food and brilliant fast and friendly service again. The portion sizes are ginormous especially the fries and they taste heavenly. The fried chicken is tender and tasty, and compared with other food outlets who over salt the chicken, dixyland don't at all perfectly measured to my taste. I will definitely return.
