Domino's Pizza in Blackburn with Darwen

Terrible service, food took longer than usual and East a big order. Would not recommend.

Possible the worst bbq base pizza I've ever had. The pizza was drowned In It.

Ordered from here recently about 3 weeks ago on a Saturday evening and when I arrived the man told that the pizza was going to be another 10 minutes , I said it should have been 7:30 not rudely , he the. Said immediately that they were busy and didn't even apologise , the pizza had done and even though this man knew I was waiting he left the pizza on the side and didn't even called me over to the counter to collect it , after I got fed up of waiting ,I approached the counter and he then took the boxes and handed it to me with no thanks, awful service , wouldn't be going back there until management changes or something as this isn't the first time I've had poor service from here and also for a large pizza it seemed small, giving Domino's a really bad reputation.

My food last night from here has given me food poisoning. I’m so ill and have been violently vomiting all night. The food tasted okay but within a couple of hours of eating it I started feeling really nauseous and that has progressed to vomiting and diarrhoea. I’ve had to take the day off work because I’m so ill- do not order from here!!!

Went in store was told by the shop assistant would have to wait 2hrs for the smallest pizza they make ? They focus on telephone orders not walk in customers won't go back

I ordered my pizza with burger sauce, it’s turned up without the sauce on so I rang them up (especially when you pay extra for it to be added on). The man on the phone was nice but asked what I wanted to do about it. He spoke to his manager who has said they would send out another but to give the old back and to stop eating it. This isn’t a problem as I haven’t touched it but you don’t even get that at McDonald’s or KFC which is half the price. You’d think covid doesn’t exist? The pizza looked as if it’s been in the oven for 10 seconds too.My new pizza came and it seems that because I rang up and complained, they have put hardly anything on it to get back at me for it. Either that or they must be rationing.I always seem to have a problem when ordering at this dominos. And it seems looking at the reviews everyone else is having the same problem.The extra star is for the man who was on the phone but I hope they get better management than the one they have now who wants to save the pizza they made wrong for me for his dinner tomorrow.

I regularly order pizza from Blackburn Dominos but recently they have become extremely slow and the quality of pizza is getting worse! this time my cheeseburger pizza had no sauce, only a few cucumber pickle and the texas bbq was as shown in the picture. I initially thought the crust on almost half of the pizza was eaten but realised that half was burnt and they just took it off and delivered it, I called the restaurant the manager was very rude, in rush and said OK i will deliver another one! this was at 8:20 PM and now it is 10pm but no sign of my pizza!!! never going back again!

It really has been a shocking experience from start to finish.I ordered a few pizzas, both shocking, undercooked & floppy.One had veggies on there that didn’t even look like they’d been cut up, spending all this money for shocking quality.I’ve complained, their head office doesn’t seem to know what’s going on. They’ve finally offered “£20 as good will” so I’ve tried ordering a pizza, now there’s a minimum fee on the delivery & using the code takes it below the delivery amount. Like pulling teeth using Dominos.Avoid.

So i have ordered from blackburn dominos few times in past and every time the issue i had was the quality of pizzas. They stuff your pizzas with veggies and no chicken. I hardly see any crust and it’s always full of tomato sauce. I have attached 2 photos and this happened last night. As usual no crust and full of tomato sauce and so manu bubbles. I have worked at dominos myself in chorley and i can say that dominos take quality of their pizzas very seriously but i will never understand the management at this store that how could they let pass these pizzas through quality check and to customer’s door?I was offered another pizza but i declined because it ruined the night already so what’s the point.I would definitely not recommend this place but will be eating dominos from else where.

Very Poor Service. Ordered 2 pizzas to find one burnt to a crisp. The best bit and which I found to be unbelievable was the cheeky young girl serving having the Gaul to ask would I like my change back!!?. my response being why wouldn’t I.
