East Z East in Blackburn with Darwen

We booked East z East, the VIP lounge last weekend for our babys 1st birthday party and just wanted to say the whole experience was nothing short of amazing!!! The customer service was on point and anything we specifically wanted or needed Asif and Vicky made sure we got it!! Thank you both!! Also a big shout out to the 3 waiters serving us and our guests that day, especially the 2 girls, they did a great job and would get us anything the guests needed!! Not to also mention the food was absolutely lush, and there was plenty of it to go around! The place was very accommodating and even allowed us to come in the day before to put up the decorations which was a lifesaver as it would have been too hectic to do on the day!! Thank you for the amazing experience 😊 will defo be back 👍🏽

Wow I've been to the Preston branch and thought this would be a similar experience, boy was I wrong. The food was standard, the lamb chomps were rubbery, the naans were burnt. When I raised the naans with the staff, he did not have the decency to deduct from the bill. I would not go back here. I wish I'd read previous reviews. It appears there are also alot of fake reviews to bump up the ratings.

Visited with my mum for her birthday tonight.Food was lovely and the service brilliant. All staff are so welcoming and lovely. Special shout out to Vicky who went out of her way to make my mums birthday extra special.A great experience from start to finish. Thankyou.

Came few years back and service was better back then, to say we was only table in there was no waiters on the floor, ordered drinks jug of water never came, after 20 minutes of waiting the two lads who wanted water went to the bar and waited to order it again since there was no one to be seen. My little brother didn't like his mix grill or chicken wings, everything was plain tasting. Which after taking a bite out of the kebabs i agreed. My chicken kabli was nice but it used to be better few years ago, it used to be bigger and tasted nice, also the manchester branch give sweet chilli dip with this. My curry was very lovely the chicken and lamb curry, my family didnt like the chicken parmesans. Nobody bothered to ask how the meal was until at the end of eating it all. So we didn't bother saying anything bad cos it would have sounded like we ate everything then complaint to try get money off but we didnt and paid in full, but its just because lack of any staff at all on floor so who could we have possibly complaint too during eating. Overall this place has gone downhill in quality compared to when i came few years ago with my friend and got parking ticket haha, this time i came after 6 so parking was free. I probably wouldn't be back especially when roomali is just 5 minute drive away and service, decor and food is miles better for same price. Please sort out these issues as the manchester branch are very good so why cant this blackburn branch be good like this,

Birthday gathering for over 20 guests held in the VIP dining room. Lovely decor, in the main seating area as well as the dining room. We ordered a variety of starters, mains and tawas. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all, as were the mocktail and teas. Not one guest complained and they are usually quite a critical bunch! The management team and waiting staff were fantastic and we were pleasantly surprised by the bill too. Would definitely recommend.

I don't usually say this but WOW!!!!, Booked table for 2 adults and a baby using Facebook messenger!!! Yep you read that right, wasn't sure if it would be done but it was.Arrived was greeted with a smile by the girl on the front desk, was shown to our table straight away, when seated we were given our menus and were left to view it at our own time, the young English waiter asked if we'd like a high chair for little one, the high chair wasn't the typically cheap one you usually get.We ordered a mixed starter for 2, when it arrived myself and my wife agreed that it was fresh a tasty! We ordered a lamb karahi and lamb nihari both again hot with lots of flavour and tasty, for dessert we orders ghulab jamun with ice cream and a blue lagoon mocktail, the wife said the hot and cold mix of the ghulab jamun was amazing, the blue lagoon mocktail was nice with the glass not being bombarded full of ice cubes, it had fresh mint in it.The staff were absolutely 💯 amazing, the service and care we received we are so thankful for, one staff member brought some fresh cucumber for our baby to nibble on, another got a balloon for him, there was always a staff member near by who'd ask us if we required anything else and if the food was OK.I almost forgot I was in a blackburn restaurant, pricing was reasonable, will definitely be returning in the near future, and thank you to all the staff who tended to our table yesterday the 14th of February 2022, again thank you from myself and my wife for an evening to remember.

The atmosphere was dead. Ordered lamb chops, they were rubbery and hardly had any meat on them. The lamb karahi wasnt all that either. We left at around 9pm and were the last ones leaving,no one was there. Eastzeast need to up their game bigtime. They currently sell alcohol but apparently will stop in 2 weeks time.

I had my sons first birthday party here and the restaurant were brilliant from start to finish! Great food great service and great fun for everyone 😊 thank you!

First time being at this restaurant last night with my family and honestly they were amazing.. food was good but the customer service was brilliant.. my youngest is at that terrible 2 phase and honestly they were really good and understanding. The woman was just fab with her.. forgot to get her name but she was just lovely.. thank you❤

We had a wedding reception yesterday and I have to say we were thoroughly pleased 😌. We had the warmest and heartiest welcome ever. All the lady waiters just got stuck in and helped with the decorations 😊. The service and food was unreal. The stand out performers were Kiran and Irfan who were just the loveliest most amazing staff I have ever come across. They really do deserve a promotion or a gold medal 🥉 as they were fabtastic 😊.
