Disgusting chicken wings that were cold and smelled. Sickening. Cheese burger was below average. The food has dramatically changed since it first opened

The worst place to order takeout. First of all the delivery was extremely late as I waited for 1 hour and half. Not only the food tasted like it was made day before but it had a lot of salt.

Ordered £30 food on 12/02/2022 1st of all when the food arrived the food was cold and later on in one of the burgers found a long hair disgustingNever ordering again from this place again

Few members ill after eating here. they couldn't care less of what they serving customers. Very unhygienic and serving burnt and poor standard of food. Shame used to be a regular. Never visiting again

Friendly and helpful customer service but sadly the pizza is dire. Overcooked dry top with very little cheese and a tough chewy base. Do not recommend for pizza. Maybe, just maybe the other food is better.

Deserves a place on Gordon Ramsay's kitchen nightmares, ordered a pizza and had a slice to realise there was a dead fly on it. Nearly regurgitated everything I had the past 7 days. Giving it a 1 star was already too much.

Placed my first order last night. Firstly, the site/app was very easy to use and navigate. Selected a delivery time and it was 15 minutes early, brilliant. Food was delivered hot and everything I ordered was there. Driver was nice, poliet and distanced himself properly. The food was hot and very good. Portion sizes were resonable for the price. Very good first expierience.Missed one star as I would like a point system. My usual takeaway spot has one which means I get a free or half priced meal now and again. It keeps me coming back.

The staff behind the counter have no idea on customer service. We waited 45minutes in the seating area upstairs in the shop for our food to be served. I can't quite understand what the delay was as there was no customers in the shop. When the food finally arrived the chips were cold and hard as if they had been cooked yesterday. Will never visit this place again. Toilets were in filthy conditions. Hygiene was the worst I've ever seen.
