Lovely food and pleasant service in nice surroundings. Quite a high noise level but it was busy and it was still possible to hold a conversation without having to shout at each other.

We have visited Lottie's a few times and have never been disappointed. Lovely staff, great service and the most beautiful cakes and scones. We'll definitely be back 😊

We were told by friends to give this place a try, so we did.02/02/2022Called in for my birthday breakfast 😊The place was busy, we found a table by the window, parked our butt's took a look at the menu's.Only too find out that we needed to have booked a table 🙃Fortunately for us they could accommodate us for an hour, enough time for us to sample their delicious food.Could not fault anything, service was excellent, food was delicious and filling cooked to perfection.We now understand why booking is needed at the weekend 🤗Will definitely be visiting again.Thank you for a perfect start to our day and for being so accommodating.

Excellent in every way. Beautiful decor, lovely food, attentive friendly service, great views, plenty of parking what's not to like? There's even a little farm shop selling local produce ie. Meat, cheese, chutney etc.Just called again for breakfast and I can't fault it, I've never had vegetarian black pudding before, but it was very tasty. The poached eggs were perfect, hard white and soft yellow just how I asked, thanks 😊

Such a fantastic place! I've got to be honest and say I've found my perfect sandwich here. Chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado, it's truly outstanding. The family love it too, and they've all had different meals. Their afternoon tea looks amazing and I really need to book it one day.

Had lunch with friends today. Food lovely and service great. However.....have knocked stars off because of the noise. Struggled to hear each other even tho right next to each other. Do Lottie's actually take any notice of customer feedback? Have read several reviews saying the same inc one from a couple of years ago. Clearly nothing been done. Lottie's you really do need to do something about the noise, soft furnishings or something else to absorb the noise. Probably won't return for this reason. Shame! Or do think you don't need to do anything because of your prime location or the on the whole good views?

Reasonable food, most staff seem fine, however the middle aged waitress was incredibly rude and arrogant to both myself and my wife. Poor level of customer service. The place seems very clicky and the level of service depends on how much your face fits. Will not be returning.

Been twice this week, rude staff member ruined both visits. Obviously they didn't want our custom. Was told as we hadn't pre booked we had half an hour. To order, eat and get out basically. Even though a young couple came in straight after us who hadn't booked either. Seated straight away, feels like our faces didn't fit. Will not be returning.

On a cold wet windy day I would rather be at LOTTIE'S and today is no exception. A full tummy warmed by mugs of steaming tea watching the rain and sleet through the window. Perfect!
