From the moment we stepped through the door we were greeted by the friendly staff who took great care of us, and were very informative of the Indian culture. The host was very engaging and the students learnt a great deal. The food was amazing, and we were most impressed by the huge variety we were served! They were also very accommodating for those with dietary requirements and allergies. We enjoyed it thoroughly, and would recommend a visit! 10/10 would go again!

Generally the quality of food was excellent n tasty but the quantity supplied for each item for a large gathering at given rate was very less . As being part of organising team it’s gave all members a skip beat n had been sweating as food was running out through.I think there was no compromise to quality but the quantity supplied takes the rating down as most of the delegate has to compromise with what is left at the bottom ..😕😕😕Next time will have to give second thought before ordering for large gathering unless they improve the quantity

We had our Diwali party yesterday and we had a great time there. A lovely food very helpful staff and good management. Thank you very much for make our Diwali party so good. We already booked for next year. Best wishes..

This will be the second family gathering we have had that team Maida have put on for us. Catering for some 150 guests the quality of food and service is faultless. We had a hifz completion get together some months ago and most recently a big family eid get together taking the stress out of all the things we have to do at home. Nice to just turn up and enjoy the day and not having to go door to door to cost everyone. The venue is perfect, whether you want segregation or open it’s not a problem. Did I mention the food is absolutely amazing. Meat in the biryani unlike a couple of pieces in some places and flavours in all dishes is a delight. Well done guys and great work. I look forward to our next event!

We went to Maida for a birthday meal today and left very underwhelmed and disappointed with both the food and the service. None of the soft drinks we ordered were available as they had run out and were not planning on ordering anymore until after Ramadhan (irrelevant from a customer perspective). I ordered spicy Jerk wings but got sweet BBQ wings instead but accepted them due to the wait (keep reading) The lamb chops were actually mutton and poorly tenderised at that as they had very large bones and tough chewy meat. Some food was served early to guests on our table whilst others were left waiting for theirs. The Chinese style chips were chips heavily coated in a thick spicy sweet sauce - far from Chinese style. I take no pleasure in leaving negative reviews but had to post this as when you visit a well established venue with a new extensive International menu you expect the staff to be able to deliver what they advertise. I think the Wings & Wrap menu needs to be reviewed and shortened or you need to find chefs who are trained in real American, Chinese and Caribbean food.

Food was nice but i am giving three star because of owner rules for customer which is very very wired when i say to waiter pack my remaining food he bring the stuff and says pack by your self. And replied its a owner order that costumer have to pack their own food. They should pack the costumer food in the future not to bring all the stuff in front of all other costumer and let the costumers pack their own food.RegardSyed Zulqarnain Yousuf

Got a takeaway from here, the food was fantastic and good sized portions, the staff were very friendly and your able to see the food being cooked through the viewing window. They also have a restaurant in London on Bethnal Green Road which is equally as good. All in all a brilliant experience.

Very good food. Just had the Hakka chicken noodles excellent quality and portion make sure you get the chinese sauces too.Also had the house special murgh biryani very brilliant. Rice of very good quality long sparkling basmati grains (no lumps) with tender chunks of chicken. Portion is big enough for two. Recommended. Friendly polite staff.

Parking is available round the back of the restaurant, with a few places at the front too. Seating available for when it is a busy service and tables may not be immedietly available. Plenty of tables for large parties, not so well accomodating for couples only. The menu here has had a revamp, a much needed one. Service can be slow even whenthe place is quite empty. We tried the Garlic Parmesan Wings on this visit. Unfortunately they were bland with a complete absence of seasoning and not a hint of garlic. Disappointing to say the least.Drink and dessert varieties are ok.
