New Dragon in Blackburn with Darwen

Had a nice walk down to this lovely stunning restaurant and i was definitely not disappointed, the staff always had a smile on there face and where lovely, the food was outstanding. My gravy and chips was spot and i loved every minute of devouring them. At the end of the day, all said and done it’s tidy. would be better if we can pay by card in the shop

Waited over 25 minutes just for chips & gravy. Gravy was horrible. The girl working here is the rudest girl I have ever encountered. No hello, what would you like, no please no thanks. She just stands there rolling her eyes at you then practically throws your food at you!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! (ordered 6th Feb 2022)

Wow, the customer service in new dragon was absolutely amazing. The service was quick and efficient and the food was amazing. Highly recommend new dragon to anyone who is looking for a takeaway. Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful customer service. The girl behind the counter was so nice and kind and we had a nice chat whilst the food was being prepared and she passed the food to me gently and was very appreciative of my order. I absolutely recommend

Ordered a large salt & pepper munchy box & chow mein. Will be ordering again, food was delish!

Absolutely disgusting food from New Dragon.Ordered special fried rice on 12Nov 21, and specified not to include pork. Dish arrived after around one and a half hours with lumps of pork in .I also ordered curry sauce ,and it tasted just like Bisto gravy. I called the takeaway about this food and woman who answered said that a staff member had not come in to work,and that she was trying to do everything herself. Not my problem. Not an excuse to send out rubbish food..I will never use this takeaway again. I would also like to know why this takeaway charges a 50p service charge on their deliveries. Do they not make enough profit on the food. Surely this is not right. What a waste of £12.30.

Just had a absolutely delicious meal that was not expensive and absolutely enjoyed every bit, the website was well presented and easy to use arrived on time aswell , will definitely be ordering from there again

Absolutely fantastic food. Always arrives either on time or early and always piping hot. Only ever been late once and they called to let us know which was great and we understood. The food is amazing. No bland flavours and the meat is always top notch. Really well priced. It's our go to Chinese. It's fantastic. Our favourite are the munchy boxes. Such value for money.
