No 39 Kebab And Pizza House in Blackburn with Darwen

Asked for a mixed kebab with salad, got chicken with donner in it, chicken had no flavour and never got any salad, waste of money.

Order arrived in 30 minutes, everything was freezing cold, even the cheese had already solidified. Spoke to the manager and he was argumentative and wouldn't accept our feedback. Constantly kept saying that the driver has obviously thrown it around his car because everything we ordered was covering in watered down chilli sauce.This is unacceptable, I can't believe the manager said it only took 10 minutes to get to us yet the food felt as if it had been sat outside since storm Eunice.

Ordered 3 meals tonight, all freezing cold and sauce all over the bag on arrival (from ordering to delivery, 30 mins in total) Rang the shop and got challenged to come and see how they work! Was told it only takes 7mins from shop to our house so why was it not even warm? Excuse was it's cold outside......ok, how do other places manage to deliver HOT food?????? Avoid

I've been going here since 1998 and I have to say its bang on! Perfect in getting your order correct and keeps their times. I will be eating takeout here again, thanks 😊

If i could leave a zero rating, that is what this place would be receiving. Firstly when i order food at 4.40pm i expect it to be delivered freshly made and within a reasonable timescale, not 2 hours later and like it was delivered in a fridge. Totally unacceptable!!!!If you cannot keep up with production, please remove yourselves from all delivery options for the sake of public health.Will never ever use this establishment again ever!!! SHOCKING....

Wow what's happened to this place ! £14 pound for a large kebab that was tiny!! grassy strange tasting Donna few bits of chicken on top, chips was soggy and had black on from dirty oil. Used to love this place but will not be going again

Never bought such a expensive doner again 9.70 pound.I ate many doners in my life even Germany as well many times but not so expensive.

was a great place but not any more. The shish kebab where was it. I ordered a special kebab and for the prices you'd expect a full skewer of shish chicken and doner kebab. The shish was like not even 1 full piece meat. Total rip off. You are ripping people off. I know lamb is expensive but if you order a special kebab and pay alot you should expect alot of food. Sorry but I won't be ordering again rip off

FACT!Having tried many other fast food places on Darwen Street, No. 39 is by far the best to order from as they are 5 Star Rated for food hygiene and the quality of the food is amazing.They offer premier Istanbul Donner Kebab which is absolutely delicious and a family favourite. The portion size on naan bread is enormous and comes fully loaded with Salad and sauce...Great Job guys and a BIG BIG Thumbs up!
