Been going here on and off for around 8 years always good, ale sometimes a bit warm!!! But enjoyable.

Thoroughly enjoyed the band on Saturday night, sorry I didn't catch who they are, we turned up at the end of their first set. Great atmosphere and setting.

Great bar...played at this venue tonight , great selection of beers, brilliant night...what a crowd, they know how to enjoy themselves!!

Has an excellent range of freshly brewed ales all on hand pumps. I had Up t'mill which was 3.8% and was smooth and very moreish. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. The night we went was open mic night and there was a steady stream of musicians willing to have a go. All really good and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want loud beery posers but prefers an alternative vibe
