Pizza Hot in Blackburn with Darwen

I went to multiple PizzaHut branches, this one isn’t keeping the standards..1. You don’t see much of hospitality when arriving/ leaving.2. Pizzas were dry. We asked for thin dough, but we received extra thin!3. Cleanliness: you can see spiders’ web on the humongous sentence on the wall.I would say 3.5 stars.. hopefully will improve on our next visit.

Fabulous. My daughter asked for here with friends instead of prom. Staff were wonderful - thank you Pamela, and the food was great too. The vegan cheesecake was fantastic. A box was provided for leftover pizza.... which I have been told is breakfast🙈Highly reccomended. Ty

Friendly staff, good menu, tasty food, loved the hot jalapeno side. My Granddaughter enjoyed filling her salad bowl at the salad bar. Good job my daughter could use the order app. A bit too noisy and cramped for my liking, but I am an "older person" grrat for young families.

Hadn't been to our local pizza hut for a while so thought try it out and let me tell you the standards have really dropped. The place needs a desparate renovation, the cutlery, the seating, the floor and windows, everything was so mucky and sticky. Their was food under the tables, when we moved to the next table it was the same! Really put me off eating there. Nevertheless, the staff were friendly and kept coming to check with a smile on their faces so that was nice. I wouldn't go back until its had a full renovation.

This pizza hut takes ages to make one pizza. Staff don't help you. They just take your money and make you wait. The stock levels are low. I mean who runs out of vegetables for vegetarian pizza.

I was extremely Impressed today, nothing was too much trouble for Amiee G, I did ask quite a few questions about GF & VG and Lewis made exactly what I asked for and it was exceptional!The vegan diet is a new thing for myself for health reasons & I really can’t tell you how much I really felt catered for. So thank you. Exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back sooner rather than later…:)

We came here for my little boys birthday. I am a student so wanted to take advantage of the 20% discount. Because we went for the meal deal they wouldn't let me use it which was disappointing. The chicken wings we ordered were very late, we had finished our pizza by the time they came. Manager said they would refund us for them... They never did. Overall it's ok. I just think it's really overpriced for what you get.

Ordered gluten free pizza goat. Hard and stiff as a brick, they took that away and left me waiting for half an hour in total. Fed up of just salad when starving. They under cooked it the second time. Not at all we’re they sympathetic or apologetic. Extremely disappointed.

Also another good place. Although fairly pricey when it comes to their selection. Nevertheless, still that same great tasting pizza and wings. I enjoyed my time here

Pure disgusting !!!Refused to refund even though they admitted it was undercooked, pizzas on the menu dont reflect what you can actually have.Staff don't even talk to you, everything is via an app, so don't go if you don't have a smartphone or a technical person.AWFUL the garlic bread you could literally squeeze it and fat dripped out of it.NEVER AGAIN
