I like this chip shop Only issue is portion of chips is a bit on the small side. I would give it 5 otherwise.

Good food, BUT. The owner needs to be more of a leader. Young inexperienced staff, that can't organise themselves which means everybody ends being frustrated with bad customer service. GET ORGANISED.

Awful service. Despite confirming the order back twice they still missed off a meal completely and we found a hair in another. When we called them to tell them about the mistake, we were told that they were getting ready to close and refused to make the meal despite them not due to close for 55 minutes at the time we called. Spent £25 with them this evening, the last we’ll ever spend with them. Would give zero stars if it was possible.

My husband went in today and ordered fish chips carton of peas which were like bullets. When he arrived home the meal he ordered was all in the bottom of the carrier bag . He paid for gravy which he didn't get. The owner shouldn't be dealing with the public as he is so damn rude. It's like he is doing you a favour. The older guy is exactly the same. The staff need some lessons on how to wrap the food. Avoid at all cost.

Like this place a lot,but had a few instances recently of the chips not being cooked just long enough,being a bit raw inside. Overall,decent Chippy. Cash only,no card!

Don't go there these days if you are hungry. The portions seem to have shrunk but tasted ok

My mate says that your customer service is a bit lacking. He came in and felt that he was undervalued as a customer. He is a great bloke, super friendly, and expected a warm handshake, however he got a cold fish! And a half hearted laddle of gravy from grumpy staff... come on dudes, more chips, more gravy and more speed

Avoid this place at all costs! Theres a reason theres always a staff wanted sign in the window. Because he treats everyone including staff customers and his own family like dirt.

Nice chippy really good fish, if I had any complaints it's the portions of chips are small Compared to other chippys, they used to be absolutely minute infact but have improved the last few times I've been. Still good value just because of the food quality so will definitely be going again

Great little chippy..the best chips around..yes they serve one customer at a time but the three of them work as a team .one cooks all the time keeping the hot food coming, the second constantly takes it, wraps and makes up the orders provided by the third member who adds the additional items like puddings, teacakes, sauces, forks etc .takes payment and hands it to the customer..my order for 'child's chips' always gets a smile !..😃ps. lovely chips today !
