The Tea Room in Blackburn with Darwen

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I popped in for some lunch with my partner and I ordered a cheese and tomato toasties. I received a cheese and ham toasties. I pointed out that this mistake had occurred and there were mumbles as to who had what written on their check. I pointed out that I was a vegetarian and did not eat meat there was no apology and I had to ask for it to be taken off the bill. I understand that mistakes can be made but if I had decided to eat meat it would not have been a piece of processes ham. A simple Sorry would have helped make things a bit better and hopefully not happen to someone else.

Absolutely one of the best great for us a stone throw away the food freshly cooked and the staff always make you welcome 🙏 can’t fault it … to top it all Henry who’s ( 19mths ) loves his sausage from hear cleans his plate from us it’s five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service today,Food excellent, staff very welcoming.Thank you to the gentleman in the shop who visited just for a cup of tea and gave me a lot of information about other stores in the area.Very genuine staff.Sign in, on entry, hand sanitizer also.The food was Awesome, will definitely be visiting again.I even spoiled myself with a sweet 😄Highly Recommended 👍

These guys are brilliant. They didn't serve me but let me used their toilet. 5 star is for their kind behaviour. The ladies I asked were 3 standing at the counter I forgot their name. So sorry. But thank you for kind behaviour I can tell your service will be brilliant too. I love you all xxx

Food here is good. Ample sized portions and the cheese and onion pie is spot on! Service with a smile.

Been coming hear for over 3 years on a regular basis good coffee good food pleasant staff and a good atmosphere. Oh and the waitress called Tess lovely bum. :) X
