Turtle Bay in Blackburn with Darwen

Totie and Daniel served us to tonight. What can I say but AMAZING service!!!! Can’t fault the staff and the drinks. If I could live here I would.

The staff at turtle bay are amazing, they go the extra mile for you and the food is amazing. In particular Toby, he is very attentive and listens to everything you want. Thank you for making the night incredible. Also special thanks to Luke and Callum.

Second time coming for brunch won’t be the last. Had a great time got amazing service from Josh and the drinks/cocktails made by Toby and Danny was amazing! Can’t fault anything.

Amazing service, the food was absolutely delicious & flavorous and great presentation. It was a great atmosphere and we will definitely be back again. Highly recommend 10/10

Visited here with our group #Lancashire Ladies Lunch during the week, for evening meal. I got the yrain from Burnley to Blackburn & it was located literally 3mins walk across the road. Got there nice & early cocktail menu viewed before purchasing 2 whilst 'happy hour'..this runs 2 each day check times online..lovely atmosphere & deco inside, like beach huts. We had Josh services for our table, at times throughout we were left waiting to order more drinks/pudding/food..which we did complain to him, it was also not busy, just one other party inside..not many staff working only 3..I'm a Turtle Bay member via their app & wanted to use my code to obtain a discount but was informed only one code could be used as a party, & not individual..disappointed with this, as I regularly go to their other branches. I went to the ladies, camecback & my cocktail which was a 3rd full had been taken, this was replaced...we did feel at times there was lack of attentiveness to detail, poor service, & as a company not loyal to their members. The only good thing was the cocktails & the food was presented well & tasted great. Our group of ladies won't be back in a hurry.

Found myself at a loose end in Blackburn yesterday so popped in to check these guys out. Wasn't planning to have 2 courses and a side but the menu got me going.....food was really good, staff were attentive and friendly. Shame I don't love nearby as I'd be back to work through the menu

Join for a leaving party for a colleague and the service and food was outstanding. Warm and loving staff and a brilliant get away for all.Drinks are well made and the bar tenders are quick to serve waiting costumers.5 starts keep up the good work :)

I had jerk bay chicken breast and my partner had the curried chicken, mine was cooked to perfection absolutely loved it, my partners salmon was a little undercooked but the staff handled it perfectly and made sure the food was cooked correctly and we was looked after perfectly couldn't fault their customer service. Food was amazing. Thankyou to Nicole and Callum
