Zazz in Blackburn with Darwen

I ordered a Punjab 12" from their pizza menu online on their website, I got a garlic bread instead which is not a pizza.It is a garlic bread with veg and meat toppings. No takeaway in England categorises garlic breads as a pizza. If I order garlic bread with donner topping from Pyramids on Darwen street I don't tell them can I have a pizza with donner on top. It is not a pizza.It took 1 hour to arrive, I live half a mile away, it was super cold and subsequently hard and chewy and thus disgusting to eat. If it wasn't a food emergency on a Saturday night I would've binned it.It cost me around 12.00 so is almost 4 to 5 quid overpriced. The guys should just stop delivering as this ain't the first time this has happened.

Zazz 2 hours for delivery and we live 10 minutes away. Would not recommend if you are hungry. Food still not arrived but will let you know.

Amazing food. We are very blessed to have a take away shop opposite our house and really appreciate the service. I would recommend all Blackburn visitors to try Zazz.

I’ve ordered 2 pizzas last night for eftari which was absolutely disgusting the pizzas were cold nd they send it to me nd it came 20 minutes late I ordered for 8:40 nd arrived here at 9 I just want to say that the money I spend on the pizzas I won’t forget it cos it’s Ramadan and I was fasting nd I had a cold food from this take away inshallah they will Realise it’s Ramadan not only care about money but for Muslim customers too.

Ordered two burgers, pizza meal, and mixed grill meal on line. Selected to pick order up at 17:45. My husband picked the order up on time. We live 10 mins away. When we unpacked the food, it was lukewarm and soggy. Like it had been made over half an hour before collection time and left on a warmer. Burgers tasted decent but the fries with them were completely soggy so inedible. The mixed grill lacked flavour, some of the meat was overdone and it just didn't taste like it had been on a grill.Overall, massively disappointed. Considering the price point is much higher than the takeaways in the area, I would expect the quality of the food to reflect this. For the food to be hot at least. Very mediocre. Will not be purchasing again.

Worst takeaway delivery service, never arrives! Got to keep calling them, if you lucky to get through will get fake promise 'will be delivered soon'. Slowest takeaway in Blackburn. If you willing to wait couple of hours for delivery then order otherwise avoid!!

Well I’ve got to say this is the best place for a kebab and other food of that variety. I’ve never been dissatisfied the food is always really good. Tried other places but nowhere meets the quality this place dishes out. So with that you have a happy loyal customer. Thank you.

Initially food took a while to come but when it eventually did we enjoyed the burger which was extremely filling and flavoursome. Pizza we got was okay....bit too doughy for us but generous amount of toppings. Will be visiting again for the burgers and maybe try something new..
