First time ordering after being recommended. Had the AB Special Kebab, arrived on time, piping hot, good portion size and absolutely delicious...definitely be ordering from here again.

We came across this place on Just Eat and called up to order. Was told it would take 30/45 minutes. They delivered within 15/20 minutes. Great delivery service. And the food was amazing, great portion sizes and all the food was freshly made and hot. One of the best pizza's we've ever had. Will definitely recommend AB Pizza and Grill and will be using again in the future.

Consistently good takeaway pizza, consistently good value for money, consistently speedy (and friendly) delivery. Garlic dips should be a bit bigger, other than that, love this place.

One star cause I couldn't give none.How dare they speak to myself and partner like dirt due to an honest mistake.Got shouted at when we tried to organise re delivery to the right address, our fault yeah but got spoken to like rubbish by this awful company.Shouts down the phone says its not his problem and we need to show respect. Cancelled after 15 minutes, no reason why. They are still open. Will not answer the phone no matter how long I call for. I mean I could of understood if they were busy and just didn't accept the order straight away... But to cancel after waiting that long and not answering my calls... Not great customer service.

We stayed at Marton Mere and looked for a takeaway. Decided to try here. The food was ok. We decided to collect ourselves so can't comment on the delivery times although they seemed to have 3 delivery drivers coming and going whilst I was waiting.

Fantastic food, although delivery driver was very rude and overcharged me despite giving a tip. There has been an issue with one of their delivery drivers before also. The driver that served me most recently, was scruffy, dirty, unshaven, had bits all over him and that was an instant turn off for the food before it even came through my door. His customer skills also very poor, just grunts and has no manners... just an ignorant little pig to be honest. Did not make eye contact or smile either or even say thankyou. Before I had even chance to question him about the short change, he just scuttled off without saying anything. I tried to contact the manager or owner, but said too busy to deal with it as they have 4 drivers and just asked for my address and said he wouldn't send him again. He didn't even listen to my complaint! I'm sorry but that is no way to run a business. That is just pushing the problem to one side. You have staff working for your company in that manner, they will just destroy your business and there is plenty of other competition out there. Ive tried to resolve the matter direct with the takeaway before posting this review, they are not interested. They obviously think its ok to treat customers like this just because their food is good. Even though this has always been my favourite pizza place by far and been a loyal customer since 2008, I will not be ordering again since they don't want to resolve the issue properly. If one of my staff turned up scruffy, dirty and behaved in this manner, they would be instantly fired on the spot or at the very least severely taken to task.
