Air Balloon in Blackpool

Had amazing food and brilliant customer service

Nice place with plenty menu choices (with the calories stated on the menu which I always love, haha!) I noticed there's a pool table here, and there's a Wacky Warehouse for the kids which is good. We stayed at the hotel next door to this place which acted as it's restaurant and it was very pleasant.

Great food and great service. We stayed over next door at the Premier Inn for the night as a family of 4. We had both dinner and breakfast there and the food was to a good standard. Good midweek options with great offers. We all left with empty plates

Just popped in for breakfast before heading off to Blackpool Sea life centre with the little ones. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was pretty good too 👍

Very nice food, we had an enjoyable experience. Only 1 negative brought the desserts after a bit of a delay and the main course plates still on the table

Air Balloon was brilliant. 9 of us had lovely tasty meals. New Yorker meal was the favourite & it was delish. No complaints. Staff were very friendly. Everything was spot on. Highly recommended 5 *****

Very poor. Not much left on the menu as they run out of food alot. Say you need to ignore the menus given but check the app as it says what is available or left to serve. Unfortunate the app lies as after checking and sorting 11 different people's orders we went to the till to be told the food wanting and showing on the app was wrong. We had pre booked the table and the place was only half full..... shame as the staff and place are great. Eventually after wasting over an hour to just place the order when we get the staff to write down what was left the food was OK. Needs better management of kitchen and ordering maybe just put on a large board what you have available then experience would of been better and 4 stars

Popped in for some food late in the evening to find a quite enjoyable happy atmosphere which made me think I made a good choice. The staff were very helpful and attended to everything I needed. The food was very nice and reasonably priced. Would def recommend that you pay a visit. Family friendly too and there was also a party going on if you are wondering if the host parties.

Whilst the staff were amazing the food wasn't as good as I thought it would be. I chose chicken sizzler and side salad. Salad was lettuce .. just lettuce. Sizzler usually has loads of peppers and onion.. not here. It was a small handful and chicken smelt " funky ".On the plus side the drinks were great and the bar stuff were wonderfully funny and fast with drinks.

We stopped in for lunch on Tuesday and took advantage of their big plate special for £7 chicken new Yorker which would have been great value if most of it hadn't been cold and missing the coleslaw. We ask to delete the BBQ sauce and was charged £1.49 per customer to replace it with something else. None of the staff checked in with us to see if the meal was alright and were impossible to flag down and we didn't see any until they collected our plates. We told him about most of the meal was cold and we were concerned that chicken could have been underdone and he apologised with half a pint of the beer were drinking.
