Big Pizza Kitchen in Blackpool

The service was horrible, the staff are rude and the food is undercookedWas definitely not for the £9 I spent for the pizza and was classed as an adult at only 15What a rip offWould not recommend

They served me raw dough for £9 and were unapoligetic about it

Went a couple of days ago with my family,, cant remember the servers name but she was so rude mumbling under her mask,huffing and puffing when she was the one that couldn't get the order right, paid for our food and then had to wait 15mins to get plates to go to the buffet bearing in mind we already had been sitting there for 20mins before whilst the server finally got our order correct it wasnt rocket science, I have never been in a place with such terrible service and I never write on reviews but I was so angry if my kids weren't so hungry I would have went elsewhere, her attitude was the shocking

Disgusting food the only good thing about this place is the people who work there who are nice and polite but the food is diabolical, if you wanna eat some pizza that tastes like plain dough and over load of tomato purée then this is the place for you. STAY AWAY

Would rate 0 stars food terrible overly pricd no flavour. Hairs were found on the plate and dirty cutlery.staff were rude.

There are no vegan options. Staff did not understand what being vegan means and seemed to think that I was gluten-free despite explaining that I cannot eat meat, milk or eggs.I ended up paying £12 for lemonade in a paper cup and a dry pizza base with a handful of vegetables thrown on top. Avoid if you have any dietary requirements.

Surprisingly good both in value and quality. The young girl who served us was very pleasant and efficient.

We were seated quickly and the food was tasty. However the waitress looked like she had been slapped in the face with a wet fish. She was miserable and rude and spent most of the time staring at me blankly when I asked the most simple questions.

Very reasonably priced, and while the selection of food isn't great, the quality is a touch above that of other UK theme parks with buffet pizza restaurants. Staff are friendly and while they were very busy today, they were apologetic and clearly doing their best. Really enjoyed our visit.

Very busy due to the rain but the food just kept coming. I do feel although there could be more of a choice of sides to go with pizzas. Juices were all nearly flat very over mixed with water apart from diet pepsi.
