Captain Jacks in Blackpool

Never going in here again me and brother got cajun chicken bacon burger and my 2yr old got pasta spirals. The chicken burgers on both were over cooked and tough the cheesey chips where really hard and was not edible and for nearly £12 defo was not worth it could of gone to nandos and got better for less cost and the pasta was like microwaved pasta was really dry and sauce was awful young en couldnt eat it lucky that was free. And bar staff was really miserable and it was like they dint want to be there

John taffer would never need to visit this place, the staff friendly polite and smiling, clean tables when you walk in, food is nice and fresh. Yes my steak was undercooked at first but they corrected it with no issues. The prices are more than fair for the quality of food you receive. We visit Blackpool every year and we always go to captain Jack's for dinner without fail.

Food was ok fish good Sunday roast good but the steak,wasn't sirloin and ,ordered peppercorn sauce ,which didn't come ,server said wasn't on the ticket , didn't take my receipt but checked online banking was defo charged. She didn't even come back after saying she was away to double check

Supprising enjoyable experience. Right in the heart of Coral Island serving family favourite meals. Great value if you have little one's with you with the free kids meals. The Adult food on offer was really good too. Good choice of drinks at the bar, plus the staff are friendly and work really hard.

Do not go here as the food is totally unpleasant. I was one of two families who went for dinner. The outside advertisement clearly stated that children eat for free. We had Two 1 year old children and both were charged over £12 for their meals. When queried, we were told that the advertising was wrong.We will never be going to this establishment ever again.

For a place that is such a central tourist location in Blackpool; this place was very efficient, staff was very helpful and always smiling, service was fast. Family based restaurant. Reasonably priced. Nicely themed decorated. Nice ambience. Food was delicious. Wide variety of drink. Throughly enjoyed.

Fantastic food and really friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. They were really busy and I was impressed how they all took it in their stride and didn't get flustered

Once again- NHS Track and Trace app killing the business- for small businesses- the wait, the queuing and other things makes you think- is really I'm in the right place? Thank you to Captain Jack's staff- they dealing with this mess very professionally and calmly.
