Cheeky Chicken in Blackpool

Wouldn’t even give it 1 star! Loyal customer order all the time. Been waiting here for 2 hours and still no food, can’t get in touch with the restaurant! Will never order ever again!!!!

Chicken was undercooked and pink. chips were soggy and didn’t taste like anything. the burger fell apart every time I went to eat it.

Cheeseburger was that sloppy that when I held it in my hand it fell apart onto cardboard and stuck to it,burger tasted undercooked,Oreo milkshake tasted plain no Oreo atall

people calazone is lovely always order this! Always on point. Chicken wings and chips are lovely as well my favourite takeaway! Cheap and nice! Delivery drivers lovely

Really living up to their name "cheeky chicken" food was not fresh and arrived 2 and a half ours late

I will never use this establishment ever again after being accused of not paying / theft. I am not surprised at so many 1 star reviews, I would give them minus 5 stars if I could for customer service.I have been a loyal customer and have ordered from them on several occasions and have always paid in cash without fail every time, they have a tendency to make up prices and on one occasion tried to overcharge me.So I ring up and am advised that I have made fake orders from my address / mobile number and have not paid on 2 occasions - I WOULD LIKE TO SEE YOUR EVIDENCE PLEASE - I have evidence as we have a security camera!Low and behold 2 minutes later I am called back and everything is 'fine' and they can deliver, strange that considering of what you were accusing me of 2 minutes prior.The sad thing is that the food is nice, but never have I been accused of anything like this - no apology either, which doesn't surprise me - I BET THAT THEY WON'T EVEN HAVE THE COMMON DECENCY TO APOLOGISE OR ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR FAILURE / MISTAKE OR REPLY TO THIS REVIEW.From one very UNSATISFIED FORMER customer.

Paid for our meal deal 2 online, our order came and it wasn’t complete. The delivery driver was rude and tried to say he’s delivered what we’ve paid for. I rang the shop and the woman was even worse!! Said she blamed new staff who were still getting used to the menu and said she would send out with the other deliveries - 2 hours later we’ve still not received the rest of our order and still waiting now. All our burger boxes were squashed to the point they had splits in them, I kindly said just to let you know our food is also squashed flat but please just send the rest - she then persisted to call me a liar and tried to say it’s just the packaging!!! And hung up on me too!!! . I rang back and she continued we are busy and the rest of your food will be delivered. And hung up again. Still not here and they have taken our money. Customer service is shocking.

Food is always hot, fresh and very tasty. The staff are always friendly as well. Would highly recommend to anyone. Never had a bad meal from here and ordered a few times.

The breading on the chicken burgers wasn't great, other than that wings and pizza's were lovely!
