Absolutely 💯 lovely food,natchos the best I've ever tasted.

I received my meal cold. After cutting into it and trying it. Sent it back for it to then be returned After staff admitting they just put the chicken back in the microwave. It tasted like old meat that had been reheated over again. The male waiter didn’t even care or acknowledge any sort of apology or conversation. Just walked off and then sent back another male member of staff who just said. “Which peas would you like” over my shoulder. Again no apology and he just walked off. Was made to feel awkward after asking for a different meal. Very rude customer service. Also the cutlery and glasses are filthy.

The food was average. But the reason for the one star is the poor customer service from management.I came here with my two boys, ordered food including a side of halloumi fries. I took one bite and they were quite awful. Greasy and the batter tasted like fish. I politely asked the waitress to return them to which she apologised and said she’d speak to her manager.She returned and said the manager said he won’t refund them because they’ve been cooked to spec… no apology just a blunt response. The lovely waitress said is there anything else I can do to which I replied could we exchange it for something else, maybe a childs desert.She went back, asked the manager and returned to tell me the manager said no yet had already taken the barely touched dish from us.I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. The dish was only £5 but it’s the principle of the rude manager who probably should have come to my table himself instead of leaving the polite young waitress to pass on his messages. Really poor experience and customer service due to the manager. We won’t be returning.We weren’t after a freebie here, we just wanted to be served at least an edible side order. Disappointing from management.

We came in on Saturday night for drinks and met the new manager Peter. Very friendly and made us feel welcome. Although it was busy he really mucked in and helped out serving, delivering the food and collecting glasses. Its nice to see a manager taking pride in his job and keeping the place clean and tidy and not afraid to roll up his sleeves. Well done

No sizzler plates for any of the 4 sizzlers we ordered, meals were served cold without condiments, after our meals were cleared away we were asked if our meals were satisfactory and then made to wait a further 20 minutes to speak to a manager. However the manager was very understanding and refunded us as well as speaking to the staff involved.

come here once a week, great friendly polite staff very helpful, thanks to Lee always accommodating my needs when come.. Great food, servicethank you all so much

Went for my nephew and sisters birthday. Was 7 adults 6 kids. Food all come out together hot and pretty decent. Was a Tuesday so big plates were only £6.50. brilliant value for money and Lee and the team couldn't do enough especially with the cakes etc. Cheers

I came here with lots of members of my family from Newcastle upon Tyne for my grandson's birthday and my daughter's graduation meal. The manager already had tables sorted for us all in part of the pub so we could all be together. The food was delicious, compliments to the chef. The service was 1st class from all members of staff, catered to all our needs and very friendly. They even put up with our kids playing around. We will definitely return again, next time we're at Blackpool. Thank you everyone for your service.

Food was beautiful, staff were amazing especially the lady at the bar who served us, nim sure she was called zoe, and had had a very long day that day and never stopped smiling despite it being busy, also the manager (I think) was so lovely, helpful and accommodating.
