Chick-Fill-A Fried & Grilled Chicken in Blackpool

Ordered food at 7:15pm and at 9:30pm still no food had arrived called the restaurant over 20 times with no answer, I wouldn't of minded if it was cash on delivery but I had paid by card when ordering. Would definitely not recommend!

The food is OK if it actually arrives. Ordered from there a few times and it's either been over 3 hours late or not arrived at all. Just don't bother.

Food is absolutely disgusting. Chips are soggy and wet everytime which makes the bag they come in soaked and make what ever they are touching wet.Chicken burgers taste like rubber and are tiny. The donner meat is decent but they are so stingy with the portions when it arrives looks like half has already been eaten. Chicken is always dry your gonna need a lot of sauce to even attempt to eat it.Staff are rude when you call didn’t bother to help the last time one of my deliveries never showed up. Only thing that was decent about the meal was the can of drink. Nasty cheap dirty food. Would not advise orderingAlso heads up they have another place which I have seen on uber eats called chick-fill-a peri peri... now if you google this place it dont exist and if your food from there dont arrive you have no number or place to get it sorted. So I think it's one of there uncles in his bedroom cooking your chicken on his radiator so again would not advise ordering....

Save yourself!! Food was an hour late, cold bland and just awful £10 of extras never turned up! Phone is engaged / off the hook tried for 2 hours to get hold of them and never rang once. Use to be such a good place, genuinely don't know what has happened! Shame won't ever be ordering again....do not waste your time or hard earned money on this place unless you like disappointment and bad food!

Really rude staff. Ordered delivery, it took over an hour and half to arrive, and the one thing i ordered, a pizza, was stone cold. i called the restaurant and the man I spoke to refused to fix it because ' they were busy' and then he shouted on the phone saying "I don't believe it is cold, how about that". Disgraceful customer service DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Used to be nice food, but will not be ordering again. Burgers were burnt, no salad on either burger but did ask for it, rock salt on chips that we didn't ask for because someone's allergic to it, phoned to complain,asked to speak to manager, but he was not interested and wouldn't do anything about food, wouldn't give refund either.won't be going there again, disgusting food, disgusting service.

Deliver was over and hour and halfnlate even after calling twice and 2nd time they said that our food was there in front of them but 30 minutes previous said it had set off!Pizzas arrived and they are the worst pizzas I have ever tasted! I'd go so much as saying one wasn't even cooked! To the point I was worried to eat it. I am so disgusted in this place and uber eats!!!! Never againI am

Ordered a takeaway on blackpool eats, they accepted the order AND said it was out for delivery and never turned up. When I ate here before food was awful but this time thought its a quick way to get some food but no. Called the place over 8 times and no answer. Absolutely atrocious. If you can't cook it, why accept the bloody order in the first place?!?!?! Never spending my money here again and I suggest you don't too, plenty other places who actually send the foodEDIT: food finally came an hour after it was meant to be out for delivery. Food is luke warm at best and straight up stone cold in places. Never ordering from here again. Had to cancel my delivery with the other restraunt who had already made my food and sent it. Wish I sent this dog bowl back and waited for the new delivery

Chick-Fill-A ....... normally don't have a bad word to say about this place but this is an absolute joke... inedible naan bread if thts what it were(rock solid) could smashed someone's window with it.... kebab was cold and over done and looks like its been microwaved heated from the next day ....and I did ask for salad but I think they gave me a little bit to much for my liking..... won't be going bk

Well chips were stuck together dont know how.but they were and the chicken burger well.i couldn't eat it was that dry and tough it had to.go.in the bin
