Costa Coffee - Church Street in Blackpool

Don't go to this costa, staff are not welcoming, rude to customers, disrespectful, was here on holiday, definitely won't go back there ever again, costa should be ashamed to have staff like that work in their coffee shop,makes the small coffee shops in the area look more attractive.

Great staff and coffee in the early morning. Outdoor area well maintained, too.On the last day of my stay, a male member of staff made my 'flat white' worse than both female members did on the previous mornings.

Lovely branch in a great location in Blackpool town centre.Lovely service, great coffee and fresh treats.Megan served us and she is so lovely. Service with a smile and genuine warmth. Recommended!

This was my first time buying Costa was going to make it a regular thing but guy in your store just sounded condescending and changed me eat in price when I did not say eat in and eat in is considerably more so had to pay around £1.50 more and he gave no receipt so I could check. Will use up my balance and avoid Costa in future. Nations favourite coffee shop I don't see how.

Only 2 stars as the staff were great however visited 2 costas whilst over blackpool / cleveleys this weekend. Cleveleys had flies crawling on thier cakes and tables that are barely standing good job we didn't have kids with us hot coffee went everywhere.Blackpool awful 4 staff all behind till didn't make the slightest difference in time getting served or tables being cleared as for the toilets 🤮 would have been 3 stars if i wasnt given a dirty plate when I dared to grab a cake from a different store

An absolute pleasure to be served by two very lovely, super bubbly and extremely friendly ladies Lauren + Amy! Lauren went out of her way and offered to pour my hot choc into my new flashing cup i just bought. 10/10 customer service will definitely be coming to this costa more💗💗

Even whilst the restrictions have been on the staff have adapted to the changes. Best Coffee Shop in Blackpool.. Very friendly and proactive staff. Tables immediately cleared and wiped over. Unlike other coffee shops nearby this is a must and yes sometimes extremely busy but that tells you it’s good! Went to another famous coffee chain previous and walked out due to snails pace service and it was quiet!?

The new look of Costa is brilliant. The orange and purple chairs look great and so comfortable. The new look is very updated and it makes the experience of having a coffee here better than before I must say. Really like it now and the new counter is more open so you can see what goes on behind slot more. The chairs like I said are much more comfortable than before love it. Well done Costa this time you have excelled yourselves. A must to visit for a coffee, and as a consumer journalist, I highly recommend this establishment. Great atmosphere, friendly staff who go beyond customer service and now a great new look. Well done!!!!! Go visit people.
